Ongeloofelijke schoone kamer. Uitstekend massage van de spa. Schlitterende lobby, lekkere eten. Mijn enige klacht is over hoe duur een auto was van het hotel naar het vliegveld te huren; 5000 INR in tegenstelling tot een 600 INR Uber Black reis.
Overal een erg mooie ervaring, zeker een aanrader!

Pleasant staff who makes you feel welcomed and at home away from home. Restaurants (I have tried both breakfast and lunch) with authentic local taste.
Housekeeping, Frontdesk and everyone drive their best.
Location is great. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay as usual. This is the 3rd year that we are staying at the Sofitel BKC in Mumbai. The staffs were friendly and helpful as usual and we love the buffet :)

It was our second stay at sofitel in last few years. This time, I had chance to split my stay between Sofitel and nearby competition. Sofitel stand outs better in the most. The staff is pleasant, and helping. Breakfast buffet is one of the best we had. Closely located to Jio World Center and variety of restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

Room, staff & Amenities were great. Location not so convenient. Food & alcohol prices were little too high unnecessarily. Because of exorbitantly high prices of food & alcohol, and inconvenient location I will reconsider my stay I elsewhere.
