I loved this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Mumbai.

Loved this hotel. Tried many around the Mumbai Airport and none compare to Sofitel. Big, spacious room with bathtub. Excellent staff that remember your name. Great food options. This will be home when I’m in Mumbai from now on.

Absolutely loved my stay at Sofitel. The staff were amazing, attentive, and super helpful. Everyone called me by my name - which goes a long way when you stay in hotels most of the year.
Room was big, comfortable, and had a deep soaking bathtub - a must for me!
Breakfast had everything you could imagine.
Coming back in a few days to spend my birthday 😊

It was a lovely stay. We had a 2 night stay from 12-14 March. The housekeeping, the reception staff and the chef at Pondicherry cafe were all excellent and very eager to help. We found the breakfast spread quite elaborate and space for local as well as global cuisine. The location of the hotel is great. We also availed the service of the SJP salon, within the hotel premises which has some great professional. A must try.

It is a beautiful hotel. The staff were all extremely friendly.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a mix of international foods. ie something for everyone.
The restaurants were also good.
The rooms are large, comfortable, lots of pillow options.
They had electric drapes and blinds, so for a geek like me it was fun.
The hotel is closely situated to the Jio World Plaza and Convention Center.
I didn't get a chance to use the pool or spa etc.

We got a free room upgrade which was much appreciated. The staff is very professional and accommodated all our needs. Breakfast has a wide variety of foods for every taste including good croissants. For dinner we ate at the restaurant Artisan which was also good - albeit quite pricey by local standards.
