コンビニエンスストアに近く、レッドガーデンもすぐ真裏にあるため、女性一人旅でも過ごしやすい環境にあってよかった。

トイレのトラブルはつきものかな。 特別なホテルライフを期待しないなら、良いホテル。 朝食バフェは、少しさみしいね。

古いホテルです。シャワーカーテンが無く、シャワーを浴びると水が浴槽外側の床に飛び散るのが気になりました。 ジョージタウンですので観光には便利です。

年末年始に4泊しました。 スタッフの対応は悪くありませんが、建物は古く、部屋にゴキブリが多い。 ベッド周り、風呂トイレ周りに小さなゴキブリが多数発生しています。 部屋の隅には粉々になったゴキブリの死骸や髪の毛も。 ヤモリも部屋中を動き回っています。 東南アジアの一般的なホテルなんてこんなものと割り切れる人には立地はよく快適でしょう。 レッドガーデンがすぐ裏にありコンビニも多いです。 旧市街も近く、観光には便利だと思います。 朝食は正直イマイチ。 2日目以降はコーヒーだけ飲んで朝食自体はローカル店で食べていました。

マレーシアでホテルに泊まるのは初めてだったが、ベッドからカップまで什器がお洒落だった。ホテルの多い地域だが努力してるなと感じた。朝食は美味しく、大きなバスタブが疲れを癒してくれた。暑い国なので部屋の虫は仕方ないのかもしれない。掃除は毎日してくれるが、目に触れるところ(バスルームの通風口など)は念入りにすると清潔感が段違いにあがるのでは。

ホテルは新しくはないのでピカピカを期待してはいけませんが、スタッフの方々も親切なのと ブルーマンション、レッドガーデン、LINE CLEAR、無料バスCATのバス停などのすぐそばで 観光・食事にとても便利です。 また歩き回る私にとっては、足が完全に伸ばせるバスタブもありがたかったです。

Convenient location, free shuttle bus stop close. Staff friendly. Wifi very good. I will stay again!

Only Boiling water from tap and shower. I couldn't use those.

In need of an upgrade. It might have been ok once but is now looking very shaby. Room safe was broken, wet patch on carpet due to leaking ac, rotten bathroom door frame, street noise and shower took an age to run hot. Staff were friendly and did their best.

Check in time tak boleh awal mesti pukul 3pm baru boleh masuk, kalau nak see view check in time don't forget bagi tau, saya pun tak tau tak ada view sudah masuk bilik cari tingkap tak ada, turun reception tanya dia kenapa saya booking satu malam dua ratus lebih satu malam pun tak ada tingkap punya kah. Nak minta tukar bilik kata nya tak boleh

Close to shopping and historical area.

From the start had a bad experience. Ordered 4 rooms online with hotels.com, frontdesk argued with us it was only one room. Had to made an international call to hotels.com to clear things up. Seems the front desk didn't understand the booking we printout/brought with us when it was clear we ordered 4 rooms. Room conditions was pretty bad, bathroom was clogged, etc. The one good thing is that it is located strategically in one of Penang's main tourist site.

Booked into 2 rooms on 10th floor which both were warm due to hot spell. But reception not proactive to offer lower rooms until I requested. Because of my complaints and changed rooms 3 times I believe a certain staff took personal action to reconfigure my key every day. Thus, I had reset my key. Hope management will look into my case.

Booked three room request high floor when reservation but all arrange in First floor,the towel disrepair & smelly too.

It is a dated hotel that has seen better days. Having said that, the service staff is attentive and helpful. Location is good. Carpark is opened in the back. The rooms are old but OK. Beds too soft like the pillows. We heard noise from the karaoke next-door til after 11pm. Then there is the noise from I think the external aircon condenser that's making a lot of humming noise every few minutes for about 15 secs each time. There's no noise from the road. Also didn't hear the prayers from the nearby mosque.

ทำเลทีของโรงแรมยอดเยี่ยม ไปไหนมาไหนก็สะดวก ห้องพักกว้างขวางไม่อึดอัด มีน้ำดื่มให้บริการทุกวันๆละ4ขวดเพียงพอ แต่อาหารเช้าน่าจะเปลี่ยนบ้างผมพัก5วันอาหารเช้าซำ้ๆทุกวัน เบื่อเลยครับ
