The property and staff were great! Lots of options for on-resort family activities, great access to the ocean and good food. All of the staff were tremendous - we’d like to give a specific shout out to Enrique at the recreation office and Bardo in Food services. Our family would definitely consider Meliã Cozumel for another vacation!

La habitación impecable, el personal muy servicial y amable. El unico motivo que me haría dudar en regresar es la calidad de los saborizantes para las bebidas del todo incluido, sabían muy desagradable, incluso en limón para una simple cerveza, no era rico!

Stayed one night and couldn’t leave fast enough. The main buffet food quality was awful and the roof of the dining facility was being held together by a giant tarp that was blowing in 20mph winds. The hotel buildings were all covered in dirt and grime, they looked like they hadn’t been scrubbed and painted / refreshed in a long time. The bathroom was tiny and flooded during showers. The in-room safe was broken when we arrived. The mirror was covered in mold. Overall, this hotel is suffering from decay and lack of upkeep. We’re very disappointed at the cost as well as the experience because we’d stayed at a sister resort in Playa two years ago and had a wonderful time. Do not recommend going! Stay elsewhere

Great location, awesome beach and ocean views.

The food needs to be improved. On a scale of 1 to 10, it is a 5.

Best part was the staff, the go above and beyond to accommodate you. Location was great, beach area and pool area were good. Food needed a better variety and there was no entertainment provided like other resort. Unless you paid for the dinner theater. Rooms are outdated in need of repairs. Resort is more suitable for people traveling with children.

Este hotel de entrada tiene un mal servicio por parte de los trabajadores, no tienen estacionamiento y si rentaste auto queda a su suerte. se enfocan en el nivel Level ósea doble nivel ? No entendí pero a ti te atienden como si te hicieran un favor , las camas no sirven nos cambiaron a 3 habitaciones y ninguna , todas parecen flanes , el mar sucio y la alberca para solo adultos parece un témpano de hielo poca gente se mete . Los bares malísimos , mal alcohol es preciso mencionar que el alcohol más barato y corriente es el que te tocará si no tienes nivel Level ! Además de que los alimentos hacen daño. Un caos que no te recomiendo y ni hablar del olor a colonia corriente que manejan como aromatizante mejor busca otra opción

Rooms are run down, damp and showers need to be completely replaced. Food is terrible. Definitely not a Level Grand Premium experience

Staff was courteous, food needs improvement. Same stuff everyday. Construction was going on room was very noisy. Cleanliness of the room was good. But the food was just boring and monotonous.

Two stars for the wonderful staff they were very accommodating. But minus 3 stars for the food. The restaurants were not even good as well. I thought fish house would redeem the stay but that was probably the worst of the food. Also, I’ve never stayed at an all inclusive place where they have levels. I appreciate the extra care we received but not my whole family was able to upgrade their stay. But, I will say they were very accommodating if we all wanted to be in areas where there is a level. The rooms were nice but a little outdated. The beach was also nice and we utilized the amenities.

Loved how clean the property was but wish the food would have been better. The reservable restaurants were good.
