素晴らしいホテル。内装、設備、朝食、いづれもかなり高いレベル。朝食はお決まりのメニューに加え、オーダー式のメニューも選べる。ソカロ地区が近く、テオティワカン遺跡に行くためのNord駅までは近くからメトロバスがあり、一本で行ける。国立人類学博物館へも、4と7のメトロバスで行けるので、接続が非常に良い。部屋の照明もふんだんにあり、出張できても十分に仕事が可能。周囲あまり賑やかでないのは、騒がしいのが嫌いな人にはむしろよい。治安が悪そうにはない。一点だけ注文があるとすると、冷蔵庫がないことには注意。AMEXは使えない模様。

This place at best is a 2 star. Location is centralized and everything is walking distance. The room and hotel decor is clean and modern. Biggest complaint is my room had no windows I felt like I was in a basemen and other complaint it was noisy. You can hear your neighbors above you or anytime the shower wa on.

I enjoyed our 6 night stay there. Everything was very close to the hotel. Special thanks to Raul who waited on 6 of us for breakfast. Very professional & courteous great addition to the Hotel. They did not replace the towels after taking the used ones. There was no reliable hot water or WiFi (internet). They charge extra to change bedsheets. We did not have towels for two days or soap for three days. The receptionist was very rude, as was the cleaning staff. The doorman was the only kind and helpful person. Do not expect clean bathrooms or bathtubs, even if you book the bed and bath suite. After calling three times and going in person to request clean towels and bedsheets—because I had a cut and needed clean sheets—they finally replaced them around midnight. The cleaner wanted to enter the room, but I handed the sheets to her and took photos. We were told there is an extra cleaning fee for changing bedsheets and towels. Do NOT stay at this hotel.

Rooms way to small, to many drunk people slamming doors at 3am. Called front desk to resolve issue but no one cared

Room was perfect and staff is always attentive, its in a great spot in CDMX very convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean room and friendly staff.

At the reception, staff falsely claimed my wife ordered a club sandwich. When she calmly explained she hadn’t, they threatened to call the police. They then instructed the security officer not to allow my wife and our young children to leave the hotel. This caused significant distress and made my wife cry.
