部屋は、広く新しいので良かったです。ただ、周辺に何もなく、近くのモールにも徒歩15分と不便です。せめて、送迎でもしてくれたら良いのですがね❗️

Yes everything was perfect

Las habitaciones espectaculares, la comida deliciosa pero la experiencia de servicio resultó bastante traumática. Nunca he escrito antes una mala reseña pero las grietas en el servicio y la indolencia de la administración me dejaron atónito. Soy un viajero frecuente y siempre me hospedo en 5 estrellas además de que he vivido en diferentes partes del mundo por lo cual conozco perfectamente los estándares esperados de una propiedad que se promueve a este nivel. No se quien les concedió las cinco estrellas pero el servicio y la atención al cliente son de él más bajo nivel. La playa es inaccesible ya que tiene el fondo lleno de algas y se ve negro. Escogí esta propiedad por el tamaño de sus habitaciones y por su vista pero no hay forma de que considerara volver y espero esta desagradable opinión les ayude a otros viajeros a tomar su mejor decisión.

El hotel y sus instalaciones son excelentes, los chicos del lobyy y los que reciben los carros son igual de excelente solo el área de restaurante y beach servicio pésimo y lento por unos tacos esperas hasta 1 hora .

El hotel en general está bien, las habitaciones muy minimalistas y limpias, el club de playa está padrísimo, la zona de la alberca está agusto, pero de verdad necesitan mejorar en atención a clientes, el servicio es MALÍSIMO, recepción te atienden súper forzado con carotas de mal humor, pedí room service, no tenían quien lo llevara… pedimos almohadas la primera noche y nos contestaron de mala manera que no había, hasta que el día siguiente hablé ya con otra persona y le dije que no podíamos eater sin almohadas, nos cobraron de más lo del frigobar, productos que bo consumimos, no no bueno … como es lo que hay x esa zona y se satura … por eso son así tan malos para atender a las personas .

Las toallas están un poco viejas y el personal aunque muy amable, se vuelven demasiado lentos si hay algo de gente.

At check inn , polite but make us paid deposit and full cost of stay They are only part hotel and supposedly very exclusive over 500 dls por dat plus tsxes The rooms are falling apart they look old , the noice on weekends is unbelievable all day ! We check out 3 days early !! But was already paid !!

The pool and beach are great. There are definite hiccups in terms of service - for example not putting a second roll of toilet paper etc. And there is no heat if needed at night. Can be quite windy.

Beautiful hotel and a safe and secured new Marina area. the rooms are very spacious and modern and well equipped. Breakfast was served either inside or on the terrace overlooking the ocean. Nice pool and beach access with the beach club and food and drink service. I’ll definitely recommend the hotel.

El hotel maneja tasas de cambio realmente desproporcionadas y están diseñadas para que cuando pagues ahí local las tarjetas no pasen en dólares. Finalmente pagué casi 70 dólares de más por tasas de cambio en dos noches que estuve. Es mi única queja.

muy malas condiciones, hotel viejo, descuidado

The hotel was nicely located. But the Staff were poorly trained. Every time we would be at the restaurant for breakfast or dinner we would be harassed by a member of staff every 5 minutes checking to see if we were ok. Our meal and conversations were interrupted so many times. And the hotel manager was just sat at the pool smoking and drinking coffee everyday. Very unprofessional. The pool was beautiful and in front of the ocean but they had really loud aggressive house music so you could not relax by the pool. And they also had contractors walking around the pool and in and out of the lobby while you are sunbathing. Very uncomfortable. And one day during heavy rain we had part of a very high balcony ceiling fall onto the pool area, luckily no one was hurt but half of the small pool area was closed and the pool area had limited seating for the remaining days of our trip. All in all, a very lacking experience.

Staff, the service was terrible. We have to wait a lot for the food, the drinks. Terrible!

Esperas más de este nivel de hotel, aunque el hotel está bien, obviamente. Una persona de seguridad fue muy tosca con nosotros. En el restaurante había un grupo de gente de pura borrachera y se sentía un poco incómodo. Habitación sí muy bien.

La Habitacion esta de lujo y en excelentes condiciones, la cama muy cómoda y la vista increible. Lo unico malo es que se oye la fiesta de las habitaciones de junto.
