El hotel maneja tasas de cambio realmente desproporcionadas y están diseñadas para que cuando pagues ahí local las tarjetas no pasen en dólares. Finalmente pagué casi 70 dólares de más por tasas de cambio en dos noches que estuve. Es mi única queja.

The hotel was nicely located. But the Staff were poorly trained. Every time we would be at the restaurant for breakfast or dinner we would be harassed by a member of staff every 5 minutes checking to see if we were ok. Our meal and conversations were interrupted so many times. And the hotel manager was just sat at the pool smoking and drinking coffee everyday. Very unprofessional. The pool was beautiful and in front of the ocean but they had really loud aggressive house music so you could not relax by the pool. And they also had contractors walking around the pool and in and out of the lobby while you are sunbathing. Very uncomfortable. And one day during heavy rain we had part of a very high balcony ceiling fall onto the pool area, luckily no one was hurt but half of the small pool area was closed and the pool area had limited seating for the remaining days of our trip. All in all, a very lacking experience.

Esperas más de este nivel de hotel, aunque el hotel está bien, obviamente. Una persona de seguridad fue muy tosca con nosotros. En el restaurante había un grupo de gente de pura borrachera y se sentía un poco incómodo. Habitación sí muy bien.
