内装は新しくきれいでしたが、なぜか予約した2部屋とも金庫が使えませんでした。1部屋の金庫は操作盤が破壊されて基板がむき出しの状態、もう一部屋の金庫は閉めることができない状態でした。また、受付の人たちは外国人旅行客とはコミュニケーションをとるのが面倒なのか、ロクに挨拶もせずにチェックインに目の前の機械を使うよう目で促されて非常に不愉快でした。お掃除の人たちは感じ良かったです。 それでも受付と金庫に目をつぶればお部屋は新しくきれいでベッドの寝心地も空調もバスルームも快適でロケーションも良く非常に安く泊まれたのでまた泊まりたいと思います。

Wi-Fi Syatemが故障しており使えないことに加えて、窓のない部屋を選択したためか3G/4Gの電波が受かり辛く、No Communicationの状態であったため、外の公衆Wi-Fiでしのぎました。部屋はきれいでしたが、少し残念な滞在でした。

good service◎

Good : There are four or five clothes hangers. Check in and out is available all time even in midnight. Not good: There was no electric kettle or pot and microwave oven in the room. TV didn’t work at first. Online check in didn’t work at first. No vegetables for breakfast.

Receptionists are friendly and kind. A hairdryer is equipped in the room.

アメニティ類は最小限に抑えられており、無駄なものは一切ないといった感じです。ただスタッフの対応も良いですし、寝るだけであれば十分だとも思います。

It is a fine hotel. There is no electric kettle in the room. If there is a kettle, it is much better hotel. There are food shops and restaurant around the hotel. There are several bus stops and stations in walking distance.

街の中心に近くて、観光にも便利。静かでした。反対側の道路沿いだと、近くにパブもあり、それで多少うるさいかも知れません。

Céntrico y moderno

La habitación si bien es pequeña, es razonable por el precio. Lo que no nos gustó fue que limpian la misma cada 4 días! Me parece un poco mucho

Excellent location. Very close to the Buchanan bus station, Glasgow Central train station and the main “downtown” area. Receptionist on duty was lovely. We arrived well before check in and she stored our large luggage for us until we could check in. Room was very small, we expected this, but was very comfortable and clean. We did not have the breakfast at this hotel as we had an early train and opted for takeaway options nearer the train station. Price was a little high for the room, however some of this is due to currency exchange rates. Overall, would highly recommend and stay here again.

Lovely room just what was needed

Arrived early morning from the airport to leave our bags to check in later. The receptionist was friendly and advised as our room was ready she was happy to just check us in. This was above and beyond and very much appreciated! Room was clean and although compact had what we needed for a one night stay. Would stay again. Thank you

I stayed 23/12/25 - 29/12/25. The hotel as a whole was excellent. Although there are no hot drink facilities in the room, the reception staff are there to assist 24/7! They supplied hot drinks whenever required, and were giving out biscuits and shortbread over Christmas too! I had breakfast on Christmas Day, but ate out on the other mornings. It was ample for a Continental breakfast. The only thing I would like to see improved in the room would be to have a comfy chair or two. There was a kind of fishing chair, and a hard stool with a back which was kept fixed to the wall. Neither of these chairs were comfy for very long. I ‘borrowed’ a chair from the breakfast/dining room, which was fine and very comfy for watching tv during the evenings. The bedding and towels were changed every three days. Room smelt of stale cigarette smoke and didn’t seem that clean in the bathroom especially.

The non-view room was comfortable but could have done with some extras, such as more space, hangers.

The room was clean, staff friendly, i didn’t have breakfast in hotel. Air conditioning was on non stop, cooled room & noisy which was a bit annoying. Unnecessary in the winter.
