You get what you pay for. Sadly heating didn’t work the whole day and it was freezing. Tv jumped the full time. Food was the best part of it as the lady was very nice that served us. Staff seemed very much disinterested and non engaging. My fiancée said hello the the young man on at night and was ignored- we thought he didn’t hear us so repeated a hello and still no reply. Just waste of £60 really. Could have stayed at time and had a heating system that worked as well as a working television!

My go-to place when I need to stay overnight in Glasgow. Great central location, decent rooms and friendly staff.

Room was spotless in a good location for bars and restaurants plus near train station. Staff were courteous and pleasant.

Cheap, functional, central

We stayed at Point A Hotel Glasgow for an overnight visit and it was an excellent choice for a short, central stay. Check-in was quick and straightforward, with friendly staff who immediately made us feel welcome. The hotel has a modern, clean feel throughout and feels very well organised despite being busy. The room was compact but cleverly designed, making great use of the space. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there were plenty of charging points exactly where you need them, a big plus. The TV was a decent size and easy to use. One small quirk was that the lighting system seemed to change colour or flash slightly at times, which was a bit odd, but not a deal-breaker. Location-wise, it’s spot on. The hotel is just minutes from Buchanan Street Bus Station and right in the city centre, making it ideal if you’re arriving by bus, heading to the theatre, shopping, or out for food and drinks. There are loads of restaurants, cafés and pubs nearby, so you’re spoilt for choice without needing to travel far. We didn’t have breakfast, but it’s worth noting that breakfast is free if you book directly with the hotel rather than using third-party websites, definitely something to consider. There’s also a very handy ironing facility available if you’d rather freshen up clothes than go for a continental breakfast, which is a thoughtful touch. One of the standout features was the option for a late checkout. Instead of the standard 11am, you can stay in your room until 3

An excellent stay from moment of arrival. Young man on reception gave a lovely welcome. Room was small vey adequate for an overnight stay and spotlessly clean throughout. Comfy bed too.

Good value stay in a great location

Room was fab. Only issue was getting to sleep because of outside noise.

Kamer veel te klein, deel van het personeel niet ontzettend onvriendelijk bij inchecken. Gewn fatsoenlijke faciliteiten in de kamer. Stank in de badkamer
