Arrived earlier than expected, the staff on reception managed to check us in to a room, which was a bonus. The hotel is in a good location, only a few mins walk away from the main City centre amenities. The room was comfortable, would stay here again

It was a short walk from the train station and a nice modern hotel. Very clean. Close to the shopping district and lots of restaurants. Try the Turkish restaurant on the next block. Delicious!

My single bed room was small. No hot water kettle, no mini fridge. No coffee or tea packets. Coffee for sale in the lobby. The TV and AC worked okay. Check in is self service check in and it was slow and difficult using their computer. I won't stay there in the future.

This was perhaps my worst experience. The room was so small that I could not even move - no chair to seat. There was no facial tissue or no hand towel in the bathroom. No shampoo. No one responded to my phone call. Expedia led me to a place I would never want to to be in.
