Amazing place and so helpful staff and so close to the city centre and queen Street train station would highly recommend the hotel room for double bed was small but I loved it so much and didn't try the breakfast. Love the fact you can have air conditioning on or auto or just off and set the room temperature to however you like it hot or just normal or cold its so easy to do aswell. Room was spotless

Very limiting access to building, a couple of friends were coming to see me and I had to go all way down to the entrance of the building and escort them in, because they could not get pass the lifts or locked doors. Also hotel has the self checking screens that you need to fill in with a member of staff breathing down your neck standing right in front of you. What is the point of that? Either manned the reception 24/7 or put self check-in desks, but terrible idea having it all at the reception with staff there. Finallly in the rooms you enter a completely dark room with no windows or any light, I press the light switches but nothing was working, eventually realised there was a slot for the room key to activate the power. But room was in complete darkness when you walk in. I could not have an alarm clock in my room because everytime I went outside the power will cut off and the clock would loose its settings. I will not bothered going back there again, prefer more accessible rooms.

The hotel is in a good, walkable location. Breakfast was good. The one thing I REALLY didn’t like is that there was no electric hot water kettle with complimentary instant coffee and tea available in the room. This is the only hotel we encountered during our entire stay in Scotland that did not have this available. They did have a machine in the lobby where you had to pay to get coffee or tea.

Arrived earlier than expected, the staff on reception managed to check us in to a room, which was a bonus. The hotel is in a good location, only a few mins walk away from the main City centre amenities. The room was comfortable, would stay here again

Ac was great.

The room was basic and bathroom quite small but it was clean, beds were comfy and decent shower, for a night's stay i would definitely recommend. Staff were helpful and friendly.

My single bed room was small. No hot water kettle, no mini fridge. No coffee or tea packets. Coffee for sale in the lobby. The TV and AC worked okay. Check in is self service check in and it was slow and difficult using their computer. I won't stay there in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very friendly.
