All good

This is our go to place rooms always clean and always well maintained. The spa is a nice relaxing spot. The Eb and flow restaurant is fabulous with an à la cart menu and also a fantastic bar food menu . The staff are exceptional in my opinion.

The room was very clean and spacious with a lovely view. The staff were very courteous with excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble. The food was of excellent standard, overall a fabulous hotel to stay in. Will definitely return.

The Quay Hotel & Spa was a perfect stay, the decor and landscaping within and amongst the grounds is beautiful. The staff were so kind, attentive & professional. The Spa was very good as well, it seemed expertly constructed & amenities were fabulous. We enjoyed our room which had stunning view of the courtyard. I will be booking this hotel again for all of our North Wales stays! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Spa facilitys

A really lovely couple of days away here. We were so warmly welcomed at reception by Maria, when we passed through reception again a few hours later and the next day she'd not only remembered us but some of the conversation we had during check-in. A small thing to do but goes a long way to making guests feel welcomed. Room was nice and spacious as well as clean. Amenities within the room were also great with tea and coffee making and bits for the bathroom too. Only slight complaint and frustration, our shower head was loose in its cradle and kept falling to face the wall meaning we had to hold the shower ourself to get the water where it was needed. This was reported the first morning going to breakfast just after we noticed the problem, we were told it would be looked at during the day but to our knowledge it wasn't as it was still the same when we next used the shower and there was no note left to indicate they'd been unable to fix it same day. Food was fantastic!! Lots of choice for breakfast including cereal, pastries, fruit and yogurt as well as various hot options that were cooked to order. We had an evening meal in The Cove Bar one evening too which was also delicious and reasonably priced too. Spa area was also nice and clean with towels provided. Hot rooms are mostly quite small but as there are a few you could easily rotate around them and the pool area. As it's school half-term week, it was quite busy but times for children is restricted. Overall a fantastic stay.

The gym and pool area were very good, Tracey and Kim were by far the best team friendly welcoming very good hospitality. Note the restaurant was cold cold cold !

We stayed at The Quay Hotel & Spa for one night over the weekend to celebrate my partner’s birthday and couldn’t fault our experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt welcoming and relaxing, and the setting is absolutely beautiful. We were kindly upgraded to a suite, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really made the stay feel special. The suite itself was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately presented. All of the staff we encountered were attentive, friendly, and professional, making us feel genuinely well looked after. We had dinner in the bar area, which was excellent — great quality food, a lovely atmosphere, and fantastic service. Breakfast the following morning was just as enjoyable, with a good selection and the same high standard of service. Overall, The Quay Hotel & Spa is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location and was the perfect choice for a special occasion. We would highly recommend it and will definitely return.

We’ve been staying at this hotel and never fails to impress, however this time the room was cold and the pool was not available the night we stayed. Hoping it get better soon.

Spacious clean room, lovely balcony with views of the mariner, very helpful and frienfly staff. Thermal pool could have beem warmer.
