We had a lovely stay at the Quay just before Christmas. We enjoyed the use of the spa and I loved the runs along by the sea each morning. The location is great. The breakfast was very nice and staff friendly and accommodating.

Room was amazing as the sea view with sliding doors. Staff were all friendly and anything that was asked was acted upon in a professional timely manor. Brekkie on day 1 could have been better as you can build your own brekkie from all the other options, no cheese on offer which was disheartening haha. Spa could have been so much better, overcrowded and was asked to back twice during the late afternoon which interrupted our dinner plans once we actually got in over 1 later, there was a very relaxing chill out room so chilled in there. Spa pool and jet pool very tepid almost cold water, it’s nice if been in the sauna. Could do with a jacuzzi and the pressure of jets in foot bath and jet very low

Courtesy call before arrival was a nice touch. Easy to find ample parking. Check in was really good, very nice experience. Rooms not ready so went for a drink in the bar. Was very bust and staff rushed, took a while to get served but staff very apologetic.

Room was very spacious with a great view, we ate in the. We and had a pleasant meal. Spa was nice but a bit packed as all the residents (understandably!) wait it till it’s free to enter which creates a bit to craziness as it coincides with the time families with kids are also allowed in. Don’t really understand this part of it myself as it just makes a poorer experience for all involved.
