Its a really lovely hotel and the staff are so friendly from the reception staff to the waiting staff . Our sleep was a bit disturbed as there was a Christmas party going on .Apart from that the stay was a perfect antidote to Christmas stress

Room was very spacious with a great view, we ate in the. We and had a pleasant meal. Spa was nice but a bit packed as all the residents (understandably!) wait it till it’s free to enter which creates a bit to craziness as it coincides with the time families with kids are also allowed in. Don’t really understand this part of it myself as it just makes a poorer experience for all involved.

Lovely staff and hotel offering good amenities, great sleep. Spa etc and breakfast was perfect Only downfall was lunch when we arrived, we quickly ordered as lunch/food ended at 3 ( same time as check in). We both were extremely disappointed after only having a few bites could not eat the rest due to it being extremely dry and lacking taste. ( I have eaten here previously and really enjoyed the food.) We decided then not to book evening meal at the hotel and went into conwy.

A really enjoyable stay. 2 fabulous meals in the restaurant The staff are a huge asset of this hotel and were very attentive. Lewis from the restaurant and bar is an excellent memeber of the team and worked really hard with all his guests a true credit to the team.

Our large rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, with a lovely view across the river to Conwy Castle. We enjoyed seeing the tide coming and going at various times of day. The food and drink we consumed at the hotel was good quality, from breakfast to a bar meal to dinner in the restaurant. All of the hotel staff we met were friendly, helpful, and appeared to be enjoying their jobs. They really added to our enjoyment.

Our first impression was very good as Sean gave us a lovely welcome and wished my husband Happy Birthday on arrival. Everywhere was spotless and we had a superb King Suite with great views of the estuary & mountains even in November! The restaurant was super-food & service. It was for a 60th but we will def revisit for a spa weekend in better weather.

Had a fantastic stay for my mums special birthday the spa treatment was amazing (facial) and the food in the Ebb and Flow restaurant was stunning, Antonio who served us is a credit to the hotel. I would definitely stay again the only issue was the corridors were cold I couldn’t understand why they weren’t heated especially at this time of year. Apart from that this really is a fabulous hotel!!
