깨끗하고 밴프에 다시 여행을 간다면 묵고 싶은 호텔입니다

위치도 찾기 어렵고 직원과 소통도 잘 되지않았다. Bathtub 두개중 하나는 고장나있었고 하나도 커버가 덮어져있는데 그걸 손님이 직접 치우고 사용해야 한다는것도 설명을 해주지 않았다. 주차공간이 없고 주차비를 따로 내야한다.

This was a very great place. Perfect for us.

Can't beat the location. Clean with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again. Rooms are small without closets but if you can get past this the location is worth the tight rooms. We parked a short walk away at the train station (free) since our truck didn't fit in the adjacent parking garage.

If you like independent travel this is great. Fabulous location - the staff cannot do enough for you. Toiletries, bin bags, etc included - easy to obtain further supplies if required. Very different to our experience in Europe.

Place was super clean, in a good location and loved the cabinet in the hallway filled with towels, to, etc.

The room was great! A ton of space for our group of 8. Staff was super helpful. Also a great location.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent! A little noisy early in the morning from the room above.

The room was spotless, the check in was very frictionless and the staff was nice! The amenities were great too. We had such a great stay. Will go back here again.

Front desk staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. Clean rooms, excellent location. On site (parade attached) REASONABLY parking which is a HUGE DEAL in Banff.

Great location and clean rooms!

Very small suite, just barely big enough to accommodate 4 people plus bags (2 bedroom suite). I would think twice before booking here if you plan to use the pullout sofa bed. We were constantly hitting our heads on the low bulkheads near the windows, so some caution tape in these areas would be nice. Other issues: the dishwasher didn't work properly, and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the suite next door. The positives: The staff were very nice, and the room was very clean. Hot tub was also nice.

We booked this place for the rooftop hot tub but only after confirming check in information does it state that the hot tub is closed on Sundays so we weren’t able to enjoy it and wish we had booked elsewherew

Excellent hebergement!

Everything was great, unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the hot tub as it was closed down to the cold snap but will definitely come back to experience the hot tub!

Centrally located. Friendly staff. Clean facility

Great walkability to the village and all of its shops and restaurants.

Hot tub was good but plugging in the heating mats would have made it reasonable to walk the far trek in the cold.
