시티역까지 걸어서 10분 거리고 가격대비 훌륭해요. 직원들도 친절합니다

병원이 옆에 있어, 엠블란스 소리가 있었으나, 방이 매우 넓고 주방기구등이 준비되어 있어 편안하게 보냈습니다.

It's a bit old. But I really enjoyed staying there for its cleanliness, location, open view, spacious room equipped with kitchen, and kindness of the staffs. I would definitely come back.

4개 객실의 에어컨/히팅 시스템이 동일한 라인이어서 원하는 방 온도를 맞추는데 어려움이 많았음. 간간이 비오는 날씨여서 밤에는 히팅이 필요했는데 이같은 이유로 온도를 높힐수 없어 전기히터를 요청해서 사용했음. 나머지 부분은 다운타운 여러곳을 도보로 구경할수 있어 좋은 위치였으며 특히 간단한 키친이 함께 있는 studio type이어서 이틀간 머무는데 아주 편리하고 깨끗하였음.

생수 교환이 안되고 TV 고장에 에어컨 가동도 안됩니다. 숙소는 좋았으나 서비스는 별로네요..

Great stay, good location. Would recommend.

Always a great stay here. The hotel is old but has been updated nicely and restaurant is very nice. The free parking is a huge perk especially considering you’re right downtown. The location is also very central. I highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location was very noisy as is next to a hospital so therefore lots of sirens 24 hours a day. Advertise a spa, but it is no longer there. Perhaps they should change that feature as that was one of my booking draws to this hotel..

Manager at the front desk kicked me out of the room for the police coming to my room because i was wrongfully accused of being suicidal. The police were in the room for 5 or 10 minutes at the most before they left with no incident. The rest of the stay was very quiet as I watch TV and went to sleep early. When I called down stairs in the morning to speak to the manager about a matter in the room he said he doesn't want to speak to me and he wants me out of the hotel in 15 minutes. I asked him why a few times because you wouldn't give me a reason and he finally said that he's kicking me out with no reason. When I came to the front desk he said that him and his colleagues and the hotel does not want vagrants staying at the hotel. I am far from a vagrant, my family are hoteliers, I was a manager at hotel downtown here for 7 years. I have a very good reputation elsewhere at all the other hotels that I stay at including the wall Center down the street from you where I will be staying from now on instead of your hotel because of being put down by your front desk manager and him speaking down to me. Besides this, there were several issues in the room. The shower in the washroom took 30 minutes to run before we received hot water. Also the pipe that the shower head is attached to behind the wall was very loose and almost thought this is very dangerous from a plumbing standpoint because this could cause a leak as soon as somebody tries to turn the shower head. Other issues also.

It may not be the most modern or flashy, but this hotel makes up for that with excellent service, great restaurant, and old-school hospitality. And at a very reasonable rate compared to other hotels in the same area. Definitely recommend

We really appreciated how accommodating the reception staff was as we had arrived much earlier than expected due to a medical appointment We also enjoyed the friendliness of each member of the hotel staff we met during our stay. From housekeeping to maintenance, they all seemed to be truly happy to be there.
