Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à l’hôtel century plaza surtout car il était vraiment bien situé. Cependant le balcon était très sale, bcp d’excrément de pigeon et mauvaises odeurs. De plus en arrivant à l’hôtel ils nous ont avertis que la piscine sera fermée pour les prochains jours alors que nous avions réservé pour la piscine.

We stayed for 4 nights. Unfortunately when we arrived only 2 of the 4 lifts were working and as we were on one of the top floors couldn’t use the stairs. The hotel was actively trying to get the other lifts to work. The room was spacious and clean with comfy bed and lounge area. The hotel is next to a hospital so we heard a lot of sirens. It didn’t bother us, but it could other people.

Most staff were friendly and efficient. I arrived early at the hotel due to flight time, and the check-in person was less than welcoming. By contrast the concierge was great, helpful considerate and able to suggest some local places to visit whilst awaiting check-in. My room/apartment was spacious and comfortable, and very clean. Restaurant staff were more friendly in the evening than at breakfast, but all were cheerful. Checkout woman was smiley and friendly, and again, the concierge stored my bags without complaint, then called a taxi for me when finally off to a late night flight. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I thought the hotel was good and good value for money. The hotel is well located, and the rooms are clean and spacious.. The only drawback was unfortunately a big one. The bathrooms remain very dated looking like something out of the 80s and controlling the hot water was near impossible.

The room was wonderful, roomy and comfortable. I was disappointed that there was no coffeemaker in our room, only an espresso machine (don't like espresso). We had to buy our coffee from the Cafe downstairs every day. The restaurant food was good.

The room was clean and comfortable, the location was central and the breakfast was sumptuous. The only downside was that the hotel was located to a hospital with an emergency department and so ambulence sirens range out late into the night.

The rooms are big, roomy,but poorly maintained. The water in the shower was not mixing, we had to take a shower either in cold water or hot. We tried for over 30 min. Ended up taking a bath (just to get the hot and cold water to mix!. The phone charging station between the bed was not working either. The AC was barely working as well. Overall, a beautiful roomy hotel but poorly maintained

We were pleased with our stay - comfortable beds, decent aircon, lots of space for our family of four (we booked a kitchen corner room) and a good breakfast. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Location is central - easily accessible from the airport and walkable to all the sights.
