Had a good stay overall, but there were a couple things that could’ve been more ideal. Eating options are pretty limited considering you only get a $25 coupon for the whole room for the entire duration of your stay, and the restaurant and café have great food, but it is pricey. Either having a better coupon or some more affordable options would be nice, although there are some other good restaurants nearby but again pricey. The room itself is very comfortable, although I think the kitchen is rather small considering the size of the room. Would be nice to get some more varieties of coffee (such as dark roast) provided as well. It would also be great if the TV was compatible with smartphones or had a screencast option. One thing I would like to bring up is we actually got locked out of our room one night because my brother put the lock on from inside, so we had some staff try to help us out with a special tool, but the lock seemed to be bent from the inside so it didn’t work (luckily we were able to get in later). However, the staff were very friendly and helpful and did their best so I appreciated that. The gym could use a couple renovations, mainly just equipment repairs (and some weights were missing?) but it’s decent other than that. The pool however absolutely could use an upgrade. It looks like it hasn’t been changed in over 20 years, only part of the building that seems out of place. Other than that, checking in and out went smoothly and I enjoyed my stay here overall.

Room is showing its age with spots on the ceiling tiles and sloppy paint. Water temperature in shower was not very good and one shower ended up with entirely cold water. The staff were good. Newer sheets on bed felt like they were made out of paper.
