Friendly checkin and then extra help once in the room. Location is great and a fine downtown view. Large clean room and kitchen with good am coffee. Nice restaurant with an easy reservation. There are events here so the elevators are busy peak times. Big city vibe outside the hotel including homeless.

Great hotel, fantastic staff. From the moment we set foot on the property to when we were leaving, all staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The suite we stayed in was comfortable, clean and had great views of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Staff were very nice. I had a $25 food credit which I had to ask for- they didn’t provide it up front so remember to ask because they won’t offer. The pool was in the basement, a little cold and tiny. Room had some dust and I found a black hair on the towel. Rooms were huge and beautiful view. The elevators were terrible. I was in the basement and waited 25 min (not exaggerating) to go up. Good location. Expensive parking at $30 a night. Hotel needs updating, carpeted hallways were not very appealing. Otherwise no other issues. Comfy beds and clean crisp sheets.

Parking is $40/full day, elevator button on the 19th floor doesnt light up to indicate youve pressed it, so you could be standing there for quite some time and realize you gotta just keep pressing the button until the elevator arrives. Provided me with an umbrella that was broken, but informed me in the beginning that if it gets lost it will charge $30. Love the concept of being more green and donating to the autism cause! Has a full kitchen! Microwave worked really well, and dishes and cups were clean.
