We arrived earlier than expected and were surprised that we could check in right away. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The breakfast buffet offered the same selection each morning, but there was enough variety that it didn't felt repetitive. The hotel's location is excellent. We were visiting for the World Cup and could easily walk to several attractions, as well as many great restaurants and cafés nearby. The staff were the best part of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Overall, this hotel was a fantastic choice for our trip to Vancouver, and we would happily stay here again.

The staff were very helpful in assisting us with early check-in and keeping our luggage until our flight later in the day. Having the anenities esp the laundry in the premises was great. The rooms were airy and spacious by Vancouver standards. The location was central and awesome. Loved it

The bar and restaurant looked recently remodeled and there were plenty of tvs to watch the World Cup. Our room, on the top floor, was good sized and had a great water view but the furniture and bathroom seemed well worn. Poor water pressure and high sided tub made the shower not so great to use. Staff generally was nice but didn’t seem very well trained, except the bartender who was great.

Not the best experience, the front counter staff really didn't care. We were woken up by construction on the elevators which started at 7am!! When I complained to the front desk they said they would look into it. At checkout I asked about the construction again - "Yeah, they were not supposed to start until 9am." was the response no real apology or how can we make it right? At check-in every guest gets a complimentary breakfast. Which sounds great, but we paid extra for breakfast. When I told the front desk, they stood there in silence!? It isn't complimentary if I pre-paid for it!? You are supposed to have a reservation for breakfast. It is a buffet, not table service!? After calling and being told they could accommodate walk-ins. We had to go through the whole, you need a reservation when arriving at the restaurant area. It seemed an inconvenience that we were there. With so many hotels in Vancouver to choose from, I cannot recommend this one.

Location was good, though being downtown, you need to be aware that it is loud - every night there were sirens going in (police, ambulance, fire trucks). Our patio door did not fully close nor did it lock (thankfully we were on a higher floor); curtains did not close fully so the light came in. We were 3 people in our room and every day we were left with only 2 towels so I had to go and ask for an extra one, every single day, which got annoying. Free buffet breakfast was a plus but was only for 2 people though we booked our room for 3, so they could’ve given the third one for free as well, especially for the nightly price we paid.

Beautiful hotel at central downtown location. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Kin at the breakfast restaurent was outstanding and wish other’s were equally as good as her. I wanted to take take coffe out in takeout cup and one of the staff refused. They should all have the service friendliness like Kin who served with a smile. She should be the lead. The front desk was also very good and Lucas was very helpful. Good enjoyable stay.

We were there for the World Cup so we definitely paid a premium for our room, which was nice enough - clean, well appointed, nice amount of space for my kid and I. The floor hallways, in contrast to the elegant lobby, felt a bit grim with harsh light, worn carpets and grey chipped paint. But my constant impression was that they were stingy. I asked for a small jug of milk to have with my tea in my room and I was given a few little coffee mate creamers. We also got charged a cleaning fee of $98 when my kid was accidentally sick on the fitted sheet and mattress protector (didn’t wreck the mattress or duvet). I know they’re within their rights to charge that. But it felt so stingy and ungracious given the cost of the room and that is was an unfortunate accident - not like we trashed the place or behaved negligently. I wouldn’t tell anyone not to stay there, but I personally would opt for somewhere else next time.

I liked this location due to it being in downtown. It also has a nice restaurant (CPrime). Staff were excellent as well and rooms were clean. I wish their beds were good. They werent very comfortable. Pillows were pretty uncomfotable too. I also wish they had a better bathroom given the cost of the room.

We had a great stay here. Hotel room was lovely and had a small kitchen which was handy. The staff were super friendly and breakfast was delicious. Great location, only a 15/20 min walk to the waterfront.

Front desk staff were very helpful. The room needs some updating. The bath fixtures were coming off the wall. Hot water takes a long time to warm up. You can hear every siren in the neighborhood. Windows need to be replaced for sound proofing. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent choices in the breakfast buffet.
