Perfect mid-budget hotel. It is very affordable, centrally located, and provides all of the essentials (clean, spacious rooms with AC/heat, nice TVs, etc. courteous staff) and even additional amenities like a pool, gym, and laundry room. I think this hotel punches way above its weight in terms of value for money. You aren't forced to compromise on anything major and still get a very competitive price point.

Nice upgrade for my honey's 50th birthday to the Penthouse. However customer service other than that is a hard no. They left 2 dirty room service trays in the hallways for more than 12 hours on both days. Service is slow to bring you items. Room service breakfast is not something I would recommend. Besides the meh food, the girl taking the room service orders level of service was about the same. Besides not knowing the menu, the order times she gave were incorrect. The Checkin guy was condescending and pretentious. Honestly, the only thing that saved this trip for me was the room upgrade itself. I do not recommend this place to stay if you are looking for a good spoiling, but do if you don't care about having a good experience.

I would have given a higher rate, but the towels are no longer “white”, they are grey from washing with other colours most likely. It is always our go to place when coming to Vancouver, we stayed for a week. Always excellent staff interaction!

Not the cleanest, found hair and little bits of stuff on the sheets (could just be because they're white but made me wonder if they were changed) not sure how often they clean the pool, but it's not every night, we got kicked out 5 minutes early and the guy was rude about it too, then the next day there was the same piece of string on the ground from the night before so they obviously didn't clean. Was clean enough though, i would stay again for the right price. Most of the staff were really friendly, some were not. Coffee machine was broken but their coffee is disgusting so I didn't bother complaining. Nice to have a kitchen as an option. We never used it, but was nice to have the option. Safe part of town. Kinda noisy , might need earplugs if you don't like hearing sounds of the building. Water is annoying and likes to go hot and cold when you're showering. We literally only slept there and it was good enough!

The pool was so cold and now towels anytime we went. We were on the 24th floor so nice view, but the windows arent properly sealed so the wind howling all night kept my children and I awake. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The parking garage only has hotel access from level 2, so if you have to park on L5 its quite inconvenient for families with younge children (stollers, luggage, ect.)
