시설이 매우 낡았으며, 에어컨 작동 소음이 너무 커서 작동을 포기했으며, 불이 들어오지 않는 전등이 있는 가 하면 스위치가 없어 작동을 위해 플러그를 꼽거나 빼야 했슴. 시설이나 설비의 낡음에 비해 청결 문제는 없었슴

Floor by sink n shower was sticky.. wiped it with towel n towel was filthy.. carpet wet by bed.. lamp n plug in did not work

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the hotel itself was right on Banff Ave so within walking distance to absolutely everything. An all around excellent experience:)

Our check in went smoothly. The hotel’s location is great. Rooms are big and comfortable. We were only there for one night, but being at the Charlton was excellent.

Two bedroom: Master bedroom is without door, No privacy! No AC in Master Bedroom.

Habitación excelente

The staff was very responsive, caring & professional with all my questions. They switched rooms for me, which I requested for convenience, without a moments hesitation. The daily housekeeping staff was very observant & responsive to how they saw me using the room, making adjustments without changing the location of a single item. It’s conveniently located right next door to one of the free ski area shuttles & also the local town buses. Relatively easy walk to the downtown restaurants & shops, although I did drive downtown all but the first day.

Dated but spacious accommodations. Single serve coffee teabags in the room, not sure if they have hear of Keurigs. 20 year old tv set. 40 year old furniture. They upcharge $15 per night for parking which should have been included one parking spot for this motel style place. They also charge add on fees per additional guest. We had a 2 queen beds for 4 people and upon checkout they accused me of not disclosing the extra two people in my family of 4. Then they tried to charge me an extra 20% for my stay. I honestly dont remember booking it for 2 in the drop down - that said I didn't like being accused of something I wouldn't have never done or cared about. Nice small pool and large hot tub and decent sauna. Nice shower and bathroom. No breakfast continental or otherwise. Couldn't find the place nearby to eat that they had the posters up of. Good for pizza delivery from pizza pizza was able to bring food right to the door. It is far away from the main hubub of downtown banff so its a hike and because of that I probably wont stay here again

Stayed in the King Loft suite and the bed was ridiculously comfy. 5/5 stars. No hangers available to hang clothes upstairs(?) and there is a $15/night parking fee. Refundable $50 incidentals fee, too. Not a big deal, but good to know. Appreciated that I could access our room without going through a main lobby every single time.

The room was very good for us. For those that want total darkness the room curtains need repair or replacement, one set did not fully cover the width of the large window. Also the beds are up against the wall on one side, two people in each bed may be issue.

The Carlton Hotel was perfect! The staff are amazing and always ready to provide guests with information regarding the hotel, surrounding areas and advice on places to go and things to see. The hotel is spotless. They have a beautiful pool, hot tub and steam room which was great after a day of hiking and sightseeing. Juliann, the Manager of the Hotel (I hope I have her name right), thank you for the excellent service you provided me with regarding my room. It was the best!

Everything was great nice time good experience

Great option for a week long stay we booked the 2 bedroom with kitchenette. Was great to have the option to cook and have a fridge available. Staff were excellent and responded to every request. Only negative was that there was no laundry facilities.
