작년에 이용한 후 객실도 훌륭하고 직원분들도 친절하시고 응대가 빠르며 무엇보다 위치가 아주 좋습니다.

많은 후기를 보고 예약해서 기대하고 갔는데 기대 이상이었습니다. 조식은 뷔페가 아니라 메뉴에서 단품요리 주문하는 형식인데 오히려 더 좋았습니다. 서비스 요청하면 바로바로 친절히 응대해주시고 무엇하나 흠잡을 수 없었습니다. 위치도 CN Tower와 이튼센터 중간에 있어서 다니기도 너무 편했습니다.

Beautiful clean room, very accomodating front desk. I was late leaving my late checkout but even still they incredibly gracious. The housekeeping especially were all incredibly wonderful and helpful.

Amazing experience

This is a very nice hotel with easy access to the subway system. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the entire lobby is part of their restaurant, meaning that you need a reservation to sit anywhere after 11am. The restaurant food is of average quality.

We arrived about 45 mins after check in started. The staff person we dealt with was very professional and courteous but for some reason our room wasn’t ready yet. She apologized profusely and we completely understood that sometimes these things happen. We waited about 20 mins and then finally our room was ready however when we got to the room it didn’t seem to be what we thought we booked. We thought the premier rooms had the bathrooms with the windows looking out into the city but this room did not. Maybe we got a Queen Executive room instead? The room we ended up with is clean but we have two shampoos and a conditioner in the bathroom and no body wash. Most hotels offer a body wash as well so seems odd for this being a 5 star hotel. We’re only here one night so not a big deal but given the cost of the room these all seem like things worth noting. We were also promised as a VIP Expedia customer that we would get a free drink. Something was mentioned about a half bottle of red wine being to our room but it’s unclear as to whether they were supposed bring it up to the room or whether the wine with the mini bar is what we’re supposed to have.

Was a little overrated for the price.
