The room was gorgeous and the staff were all so lovely and nice. The lounge was gorgeous and the live music was fantastic. The hotel was within walking distance to several theaters and other attractions, would definitely recommend.

It’s a bit run down. For a five star hotel I absolutely loved the Shangri-La in Istanbul and was hoping for a similar experience. Unfortunately this wasn’t even close. I’m a huge fan of Four Seasons and will definitely be staying there in my next visit to Toronto.

This is a very nice hotel with easy access to the subway system. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the entire lobby is part of their restaurant, meaning that you need a reservation to sit anywhere after 11am. The restaurant food is of average quality.
