Moxy London Piccadilly Circus

I stayed at Moxy London Piccadilly Circus for 5 nights and 6 days, from May 17th to May 23rd, 2026. On May 21st, I was trapped in the hotel elevator for about two and a half hours, from 4 PM to 6:30 PM. This terrifying incident left me mentally exhausted and completely ruined my business trip schedule. A total of four colleagues, including myself, were confined during that time. As a former Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, I have never experienced such an unsafe incident. What is even worse is the hotel management's response. The manager explicitly promised to resolve this and provide compensation. However, it has been nearly three weeks since the incident, and absolutely no action has been taken. All I receive are empty replies stating that they are "still reviewing" the matter. Is this how Marriott operates now? All talk and no action? It is deeply disappointing that they treat past guests with such disregard. The elevators are a safety hazard, and the service is utterly atrocious. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Gross Negligence, Elevator Entrapment, and Unacceptable Ignorance by Management (Moxy London Piccadilly Circus) I stayed at Moxy London Piccadilly Circus from May 17th to 23rd of this year. On May 21st, I was trapped in the hotel elevator for 2.5 hours (4:00 PM – 6:30 PM). This terrifying incident left me mentally exhausted and completely disrupted my business trip. A total of four colleagues (including myself) were confined and held up during this entire time. As a former Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, I have never experienced such an unsafe and unpleasant incident at any Marriott property. Following our rescue, the manager explicitly promised to provide whatever compensation. However, despite leaving feedback on the Marriott Bonvoy system and emailing the manager directly, I have received absolutely no response. Is the hotel ignoring me because my stay has ended, and does Marriott Corporate not manage its properties at all? I demand a prompt response and immediate resolution.

깔끔하고 세련된 객실이 좋았습니다. 객실에 냉장고는 없었지만 캔생수를 무료제공해 줬어요. 무엇보다 위치가 정말 좋았습니다

The room was fantastic but checking in after a day out was really bad. We waited nearly a hour to be checked in as there was one member of staff on a Saturday night. There was three of us, we was given a room for two. We had to go back and was given 2 rooms, the process is very off putting to book again. I felt really bad for the poor member of staff, left under that amount of pressure it was such a shame.

Room was absolutely tiny. I travel globally for work and even in Japan, the room would be considered small, great location but the room size with no window is not for me or my wife

Only 1 lift out of 4 working big issue when you’re on the 6th floor! Great hotel apart from that

This is an excellent hotel that is very well located. I’m not giving it 5 stars due to the lift issues. At one point there was only 1 lift in operation out of 4 causing long delays to get in and out of the room. I was on the 6th floor. Aside from that, excellent

Our stay at the Moxy was definitely 5 star worthy. The hotel is beautiful, the room photos look exactly as advertised online, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We got in early, with a 5 month baby, and the staff got us checked in early, and had a crib in our room within 20 minutes. The location is also great, we were able to walk to lots of the different sights in the city, and it's close by many restaurants and stores. Overall a 5/5 experience, and will be our hotel of choice, any time we return to London.

La habitación no la limpian bien, había bastante polvo sobre el mueble de baño y el lugar dónde colocan la cafetera…las 2 tazas de café que ocupé no las lavaron. En la habitación para tres personas deberían de considerar colocar por lo menos 2 sillas ya que no hay manera de poder descansar un poco si no es que te tengas que subir a la cama de arriba. El personal es amable, el bar se ve muy bien.

ピカデリーサーカスのど真ん中にあって利便性は抜群です。チェックインもアウトも端末処理ですが、複数台並んでいるのであまり並ばなくて済みます。 部屋の中はシンプルで広くはありませんが、清潔感はあります。

All the stuff at this property were extremely nice and the manager Arnold went above and beyond everybody was kind the hotel is beautiful. The only downside was the bathroom. I had to put my toiletries on the floor as there’s no shelves and the sink is too small to put anything down on the room. Could also use a closet or some drawer space. In spite of this, the staff was great and the location was awesome and I would stay there again.

Central location, easy in & easy out - didn't rate the amenities because I didn't use them, just one night stay

Booked a stay there and within minutes needed to modify it and received ZERO help. Have stayed at over 10 Moxy hotels in past and still got less than pathetic support. I will never stay at a Moxy or use Expedia ever again.

Amazing location Friendly staff

Hotel was well decorated and clean. Room was well furnished and also clean. Stayed 3 days, no hot water in the entire building at all the entire second day - staff very unhelpful, could not offer alternative place to shower, could not offer partial refund or other compensation. In addition, £38 for a double gin&tonic and a 330ml Kopparberg at the bar. The bar is very pretty but prices are insane, even for London.

Great location, they don’t have individual iron’s per room, instead they have an ironing room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
