Simple check in, lovely staff, amazing selection of drinks and a wonderful sleep!

Bed was soiled, neighbors were loud all night and staff would not assist

Check-in and check-out was self service and very easy. There was a staff member to assist if needed. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and friendly. The complimentary drink is a nice touch, but it's a very, very sweet fruit punch that we didn't like, due to it being so sweet. We had a loft room that is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom/shower was great with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The smart TV has several channels and you can login to Netflix with your own account if you want. There's a SMEG coffee machine and coffee capsules, which were lovely to have in the morning. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on it. The biggest issue however is that the single day bed is so, so hard to sleep on that I may as well have slept on the floor. My friend said the double bed was comfortable. As a suggestion, the day bed would be perfect if a memory foam topper or similar is placed on the day bed when it's being made up. Overall, The Moxy is located well, it was a good price. I would recommend here and would stay again.

The hotel is beautiful and inviting. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The lifts were broke during the stay so that was a nightmare. The room we were in had no windows which we knew, but it was not nice I hated it. The bed underneath the double bed should not of been called a bed it was rock hard plastic covering for a couch area. There was no stool in the room to sit on to even put makeup on. Ive never stayed in room with no windows and I will not do it again! I felt like an Amazon parcel! 😂. I didn't have the breakfast as we couldn't wait to get out and get fresh air. I would stay again but with a room with a window.

Un espacio minimalista, pero acorde a lo que ofrecen en su publicidad, limpieza y trato inmejorable, a unos paso de Picadilli Circus, lineas de metro y acceso a una cuadra para Autobús Turístico. Relación Calidad/Precio inmejorable. Ampliamente recomendable. Desayuno incluido que vale la pena.

Clean room and a good value for central london

Basic amenities were not provided or attended to such as toilet paper and soap in the bathroom. Also, rooms without windows should not be a practice of hotel design.

Fantastic Hotel - brilliant central location, with a clean and well-equipped room. We booked plenty of time in advance, so the rate was very favourable as well. Would definitely stay there again.

I checked in and was given the wrong room. The staff quickly dealt with the issue. However, it was on the 7th Floor, which was still being fitted out. My room was completed but there were a few snags, including the bathroom door not being hung properly, so it didn't open properly.

Great location, cool spot

Great hotel in a great location. Clean and room was as expected, powerful shower too! I had a great nights sleep in the very comfortable bed. Only negative: The lifts were not all working (2 out of 4) - which means often long waits for the lift and a lift stopping at every floor once managed to get into one!

Excellent hotel, good value for money and centrally located

Fantastic stay with great new rooms—just a bit dusty! What I liked: I’m a huge fan of Moxy hotels, and this stay reminded me why. The location is unbeatable and that long escalator entrance is such a cool, modern touch. I stayed on the 7th floor in a Queen room, which was surprisingly large and felt brand new. It’s clear they are doing a great job with the expansion of the hotel. Also, a huge shoutout to the check-in staff—they were absolutely amazing and made the process so easy! What could be improved? My only issue was the construction currently happening on the 7th floor. Because they are building more rooms, there was a lot of dust in the air. Without much airflow to clear it out, it did trigger my allergies during the night. Once the construction is finished and the air is clear, this place will be 10/10.

Very clean great location

It's ok but not really for more than two people sharing a bed

Room isn’t designed for women. Plugs are no where near mirrors and bathroom space is very limited. The elevator was out for 3 days and the escalator was shut down for a day. Bathroom Fan didn’t work and no one came to fix it after we inquired. Bare bone room.

Hotel is new and very clean. The staff we interacted with were great, and the hotel is in a great location. Rooms are small, as advertised, but that wasn’t an issue as we weren’t spending a lot of time in the room. My only warning is the lobby area has a very strong perfumed scent.
