The room was a bit crowded for 3 adults with large bags, so keep that in mind.However, it was warm and cozy for December. Great location near the Metro supermarket and shopping area. Highly recommended for smaller groups!

Ottima posizione bellissima struttura accogliente. Camera senza finestra ma buona per soggiorno con due ragazzi come punto di appoggio. Wifi un po lento, mio figlio lamentava la connessione scarsa.

it is almost impossible to contact them. By Mistake i double book wrong week. I understand 1 night is charged as no show. I got 2 nights charged, still shown there. Called 10 times, sent 100 emails, they only answer at the end. Hotel is ok, not the cleanest, but the area is unbeatable. Just impossible to contact anyone and hard to get your charges clear. i still expect the second charge gets cleared of my account. Hotel is ok, as long as you dont run into any problem and need someone to help. Also, 6 elevators, time to time 2 or 3 work. sat night only 1 working....

Check-in and check-out was self service and very easy. There was a staff member to assist if needed. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and friendly. The complimentary drink is a nice touch, but it's a very, very sweet fruit punch that we didn't like, due to it being so sweet. We had a loft room that is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom/shower was great with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The smart TV has several channels and you can login to Netflix with your own account if you want. There's a SMEG coffee machine and coffee capsules, which were lovely to have in the morning. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on it. The biggest issue however is that the single day bed is so, so hard to sleep on that I may as well have slept on the floor. My friend said the double bed was comfortable. As a suggestion, the day bed would be perfect if a memory foam topper or similar is placed on the day bed when it's being made up. Overall, The Moxy is located well, it was a good price. I would recommend here and would stay again.

The hotel is beautiful and inviting. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The lifts were broke during the stay so that was a nightmare. The room we were in had no windows which we knew, but it was not nice I hated it. The bed underneath the double bed should not of been called a bed it was rock hard plastic covering for a couch area. There was no stool in the room to sit on to even put makeup on. Ive never stayed in room with no windows and I will not do it again! I felt like an Amazon parcel! 😂. I didn't have the breakfast as we couldn't wait to get out and get fresh air. I would stay again but with a room with a window.

Location perfect to theaters as well as shopping, sights and restaurants

La camera era pulita ma si poteva fare meglio soprattutto nel bagno. Il personale gentile ma non attentissimo soprattutto durante la colazione. La proposta della colazione era buona con scelta di salati e dolci. Dolci non tantissimi ma tutto sommato buona.

Olumlu: Konum olarak harikaydı, her yere yürünebiliyordu. Metroya da 3 dk mesafede. Otelde kahvaltı ya da yemek yemedim, etrafta yeterince seçenecek var. Personel yardımcı oluyor ve çok güleryüzlüler. Odaların temizliği de ilk girdiğimizde iyiydi fakat odalar küçük olduğu için biraz hızlı kirleniyor. 3-4 günden fazla kalacaksınız oda temizliğine ihtiyacınız olacak. Odalarda terlik yok ama resepsiyondan isteyince temin ettiler. Kısa konakmalar için ideal olacaktır. Biz 4 gece kaldık. Olumsuz: Tek sorunu odalar gerçekten küçük aslında fakat bunu bilerek pencereli oda tercih ettik, genel anlamda fiyat-performans oteli diyebilirim. Odanın küçüklüğüne ek olarak raf, masa, komidin gibi eşya koyacak yüzeylerden de kısmışlar açıkcası. Bu yüzden uzun bir konaklamada eşyaları çıkarıp koycak alan bulmak çok zor oluyor, odada da 2 valizi açınca basacak yer kalmıyor. Yatağın bir yanında komidin var diğerinde yoktu mesela. Televizyon ünitesi yerine televizyonun altında bir masa yapılabilirdi. Bu tür küçük şeyler geçrekten işe yarıyormuş otellerde meğer, olmayınca yokluğunu hissettik.

Un espacio minimalista, pero acorde a lo que ofrecen en su publicidad, limpieza y trato inmejorable, a unos paso de Picadilli Circus, lineas de metro y acceso a una cuadra para Autobús Turístico. Relación Calidad/Precio inmejorable. Ampliamente recomendable. Desayuno incluido que vale la pena.

Clean room and a good value for central london

Basic amenities were not provided or attended to such as toilet paper and soap in the bathroom. Also, rooms without windows should not be a practice of hotel design.
