호텔이 너무 오래됨. 샴푸, 비누도 없음. 침대도 너무 불편함. 이동하기는 편하고 아침식사 제동해줘서 좋음

리젠트 스트리 접근성 하나만 보고 결정했습니다. 저렴한것 만큼 아무런 기대도 하지 마시길 바랍니다.

침구류 청결하지 못함..머리카락, 의자에 곰팡이균 등등..호텔스닷컴 이미지 추락..아쉬움 남음.이것밖에 안되나.. 동행한 가족과 아들에게 미안할 따름.

Tuvimos unos pequeños percances pero nos apoyaron y se solucionó todo

Good location in a nice area. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was satisfactory for a short stay and had the amenities we needed. The tv remote didn’t work, it was replaced by the time we’d got back. It’s a very old beautiful building but tired now I’m afraid. No facilities for food at all. Apparently everything changed after Covid

Gute Lage . Sauberkeit war nicht so gut. Leider hat das Hotel kein Frühstück .

Good location, staff helpful and friendly. Room was quite small, was a bit dated. There was quite a strong smell of smoke in the room. Given the location, earplugs may be a good idea.

Night 1 we found a mice. We changed rooms and found some bugs in the bathroom. Some humidity bug idk the name of. The only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars out of 5 is because the staff on site was A+. So very helpful and understanding. I still would not recommend. With what I know now, I would have choosen a hotel futher away from London Central for the same price but better quality. All my complaints go to the owner. It's time to invest in your property. This whole place is unsanitary. But again, thank you to the staff.

The whole experience was awful. If i could give minus stars i would. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Hotel was tired, dirty, smelt badly and the window wouldnt shut in one of the bedrooms. My colleagues refused to stay the night and sort alternative accommodation instead of staying.

Terrible!!! todo muy mal, ese hotel deberían de cerrarlo, nada servía en la habitación, les comenté que no servía nada y nos ofrecieron cambiarla al día siguiente, terminamos rentando otra habitación en otro hotel, no terminamos la estadía en ese hotel, el peor hotel en toda mi vida !!

Dirty room, poor service when checking out. I left a day early

This was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. If I could have canceled, I would have. The hotel is a fire trap. The lady at the front desk is very nice and allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel while we explored London. We came back to an absolutely frigid room with a non-functioning radiator. After an intense argument with the man at the front desk, we finally got an electric radiator, which did not do much to heat the room. He was much more interested in watching his soccer game. I had to insist that he carry the electric radiator to our room. In the morning light, we could see that our sheets and mattresses were absolutely filthy. The baseboards were covered in dust. Dirty windowsills. Molded light fixtures in the bathroom. The shower was disgustingly dirty. The grossest thing where the sheets on my bed. Someone had either vomited or crapped in the sheets and they had not been washed.@ Expedia, I would take this place off of your list. The photos speak for themselves.

Horrible, je viens de faire une réclamation auprès de la direction il m’ont dit qu’il fallait voir avec hotel.com pour un remboursement, nous avons pas dormi de la nuit il y avait des souris qui monter sur nos sacs pour manger nos gâteaux, la salle de bain était d’une saleté sans nom, vraiment

Was really concerned given reviews but we found this hotel to be excellent. Friendly reception, quiet room at rear on 3rd floor. The bijou lift worked! Spotless room and en suite. No hairs no bugs adjustable heating, opening windows, comfy beds great sleep. Yes its old but you cant stay in a Victorian building and expect hermetically sealed Barrett home with Ikea furniture! Maybe rooms vary but would stay again and a great location.
