Room was spotless Shower was great The hotel is beautiful

Pro’s Location excellent, right in centre of Harrogate. Food good. Cons. No telephone in rooms, if you need some sort of assistance, then you will have to go to reception. Not good when you are on the fourth floor. Parking. Upon arrival if available you will be given a bay number (charged at £15 per day). When leaving that bay to return later, you are told to place a large cone in the bay. However some guests are removing that cone and parking their own car in the bay. Consequently you have nowhere to park but are being charged. Perhaps signs that specifically state “Reserved Parking” or “Allocated Parking Space” would help. Rooms with bathroom nice size but needs handles on side for those guests who might have some lower problems but are not disabled

The hotel is stunning, especially the ground floor where pickled sprout is located. Lovely stay

Double Room stated small but o didn’t realise how small, actually quite tiny if I knew I would have upgraded to a smaller room.we stayed in room 113 1st floor avoid at all costs. 2 doors outside constantly banging. Late at night then 7.15 on the morning large bins to the rear being filled with bottles etc very Noisey, defo stayed in better quieter hotels in Harrogate also £15 parking fee for overnight

Lovely stay at a great hotel

Lovely hotel. Historic setting steps from the old town and all its amenities. Room had no temperature control so was very hot and leaving the window open was not an option since our room overlooked the back of the restaurants (and the bins). Shower water pressure was dreadful.

We had a good stay, but were disappointed that the restaurant was fully booked, and there was a noisy event which kept us awake for awhile

Clean room. Shower water pressure was poor though.

Clean room, staff were accommodating. Didn’t use the parking or stay for breakfast. Overall a very nice stay in a beautiful building for a very reasonable price.

LOVELY OLD SKOOL BUILDING WITH AMAZING BALCONY ROOMS

Clean room with very friendly staff and a good breakfast in the sky bar offering great views of Harrogate.

Room was tiny , paint flaking of windowsill , shower was so small and so was the bathroom , then woke up at 5.50 to noise wagons emptying bins from shops behind , then more wagons delivering banging beeping ! Won’t be staying here again !

A nice view from the room overlooking the green space. Clean room. Service was great.

The property was very clean and modern. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit of a nightmare as limited spaces are available but the receptionist sorted us out. There was a slight problem with the water supply where the water system was going to be unavailable while it was being cleaned but they provided us with bottled water. We only stayed one night but overall it was a lovely experience
