Great accommodation for short business trip

My stay at this hotel was ruined by the behavior of a female staff member at the front desk on the last day. She claimed that I hadn’t paid for my breakfast, but I had indeed paid in cash on that day. I asked her to verify this, but she kept questioning me about who I paid. When I told her that I paid a male staff member, she insisted that no man had ever worked there and asked me to describe him, making me feel like a suspect. I reiterated that I had paid and asked her to check. She made a phone call and continued to press me, saying no such man worked there. I was a bit frustrated because I knew I had done nothing wrong and it was their mistake not to process my payment properly. Only after I raised my voice did she say she understood and told me to go. While it was wrong of the male staff member not to process my payment correctly, he had been very kind to me. The female staff member, on the other hand, continuously glared at me, treated me with anger, and considered me a liar and a thief. Additionally, it seems the hotel staff at the front desk are not aware of who is working there. It is shocking to encounter such behavior in a 4-star hotel. Everyone else I met in Hamburg was kind and humorous, but my time in Hamburg turned into a nightmare due to this hotel staff member. As long as she continues to work there, other guests will undoubtedly suffer.

Honestly for a premium hotel, embarrassing. Their air conditioning only turns off if outside temp is above 21, I was on the 7th floor, the hotel gets HOT at night as it was 20 degrees outside I had two options. Open the window and hear the constant honking and train sounds which were loud, or be unable to sleep during the heat. Staff were nice but was out of their control the AC situation. Pillows also seem like they are rationing them, tiny pillows which have been used to death and obviously need replacing.

Boede på Mitte mens der var messe. Perfekt beliggenhed med 5 min gang til messen, 25 min til havnen. God morgenmad. Kan fint anbefale hotellet.

Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Merkwürdigerweise war allerdings der Schlauch von der Dusche so verdreht angebracht, dass es nicht möglich war, den Duschkopf nach unten strahlend aufzuhängen... Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, mit 25€ pro Person aber echt teuer, insbesondere für Veganer (toll: veganer Aufschnitt, nicht so toll: nichts anderes Veganes, zumindest nicht erkennbar - kein süßes Gebäck, kein Warmanteil, Cappuccino nur mit Kuhmilch)

Leider Zimmer sehr verstaubt und in einem der Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht, man konnte auch nicht ausreichend Lüften. Viel befahrene Straße sorgt für viel Lärm.

Fint og rummeligt værelse. Hotellet ligger en halv times gang fra centrum, men lige ved hotellet ligger der en smuk blomsterhave man kan gå igennem noget af vejen.

Great hotel for the conference centre. Young friendly team.on reception who give a great welcome and happy to help as needed. Room was comfortable with a kettle and tea and coffee sachets. You could open the window enough to get air. There were no drawers for smaller items of clothing but shelves in the wardrobe made up for it. Have stayed here twice and would certainly stay again.
