체크인은 조금 느리게 진행되었지만 직원들 모두 친절하고 순박합니다. 로비 근사하고, 수영장도 보기 좋고, 각 방 앞에 흔들 의자까지 놓는 등 최선을 다 해 호텔을 꾸몄습니다. 방 크기도 괜찮고, 욕실도 큽니다. 침대도 좋고 가구들도 쓸모 있게 잘 배치되어 있고요. 욕조 있는 샤워실인데 수압 모처럼 끝내주게 좋습니다. 와이파이도 그럭저럭 잘 되요. 호텔 식당과 바가 있는데, 근처에 아주 싼 식당부터 저렴한 고급 식당까지 먹을 데가 많으니 굳이 호텔 안에서 해결하지 마세요. 맛 그냥 그렇고 좀 비싼 편입니다. 지역에 할 게 없어서 오래 있기엔 지루할 거예요. 어딘가를 지나다가 들러 하루 묵어간다면 이곳에서의 숙박을 추천합니다. 딱 한 가지, 모기가 많으니 모기향이나 스프레이는 꼭 준비해 가세요.

Beautiful little town, amazing hotel! Breakfast and coffee, included for just $5, were delicious. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the pool and grounds were so gorgeous. It was a little difficult to find dinner out past 6 pm, but this was a wonderful experience, I highly recommend this hotel!!

Atención, instalaciones y servicios excelentes, el pero es el wifi, que es nulo en los cuartos y donde hay es de muy baja velocidad.

Jättefint hotell med snäll personal. Utomhuspoolen är omringad av mangoträd och flera typ av fåglar. Underbar plats för fågelskådare!! Bra frukost!!

L’hôtel est bien situé pour bouger dans Piste et rejoindre Chichen Itza, en revanche privilégiez si possible les chambres cotées piscine plus calmes. Petit déjeuner servi en terrasse, bien. Personnel sympathique.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were big. We loved sitting by the outdoor pool, listening to the birds and swimming. We felt like we were in an oasis. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is also very close to Chichen Itza. It has secure parking on site.

Wifi was really bad and there were very noisy birds that don't let the guest sleep.

Es un hotel perfecto para quedarse una noche si vas a visitar las ruinas de Chichén Itzá. Modesto pero muy limpio. Las camas duras pero el baño bien, A/C bueno, toiletries. Buen desayuno que es incluido. Rico café y el persona amable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Chichén Itzá. The property is a beautifully preserved converted hacienda, full of character and charm, which made the whole experience feel really special and unique. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable which was perfect for our group. The bathrooms were a standout too, with full bathtubs which were great after long days exploring. The restaurant was fantastic, serving mostly traditional Mexican food that was fresh, authentic, and consistently delicious. What really made this place exceptional, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely service-oriented, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The pool area was great for both adults and kids, and the grounds themselves are absolutely stunning, immaculately maintained and a joy to walk around. We stayed as a group of 9, including children, and it suited us perfectly. It’s one of those places that feels relaxing, welcoming, and memorable all at once. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chichén Itzá.

Excelente lugar, excelentes condiciones

Room was clean and tidy but was kind of dark due to black furniture. Staff was good and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and we liked the service. The amount we paid for one night stay is pricey for the quality of hotel in that small town.

Hotel Chichen Itza was everything we were hoping for and more! Ideal location 5 min drive from the ancient city staying here is a much better option as opposed to getting bused in from Cancun or Tulum. You are able to wake early and beat the crowds who arrive around 10am. The included breakfast was also fantastic made to order eggs and fresh fruit. The actual property is secure, rooms were clean, parking was easy. The staff was extremely helpful in setting up a personal tour with a licensed guide. We had a private tour which included transportation ( to and from the hotel lobby), entry fee, plus the tour at a very reasonable price. Our guide was a local Mayan who didn’t just rush us along. But instead took the time to educate us and took his time explaining the entire site. Not just El Castillo. Highly recommend the hotel, and private tour.

Very friendly staff, strong AC, pleasant poolside. All as advertised. Room is pretty basic, like a motel in the US.

Nice bar, nice restaurant, friendly staff, friendly fellow guests. Lovely pool and grounds to relax. Only 5 minutes from Chichen Itza.
