The property was in a central location which was great for shopping, eating and touring. The only thing I was disappointed with was the size of the room which had no room for unpacking suit cases. Otherwise if you don't mind leaving mostly out of your suitcase it works out great. the staff was friendly and professional.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. Rooms are missing coffee maker, iron, hygiene products. Unless you book premium room you don’t get coffee! Staff ties to be helpful, but… I got food poisoned, called the front desk in the middle of night, asked for help and no one called back to check on me. It’s a cheap hotel in very great location of the city. Hope corporate makes some upgrades to their service and rooms. Telephone cord in room too short, does not reach the nightstand, very much needed when I was sick and could not reach it… Do not take higher levels as electricity is on and off and elevator does not work at least few hours a day.

I would recommend staying at Ibis Yerevan Center. If you are coming for the first time to Yerevan, especially for a short stay. It is the perfect location, close to the museums, Swan Lake, Opera, Cascade, Republic Square and.... You have restaurants at your feet and a great vibe without the noise. The rooms are well isolated with comfortable beds. The room is on the small side, but perfect for a short stay. The reception are very helpful with anything you need and there is a business corner with 2 computers available. Unfortunately the printers did not work, but reception were very friendly to print out anything you need. Breakfast was not included in any of the Ibis offers, so I can't evaluate it and decided to have breakfast at Paul instead, which is right around the corner.
