Stayed 2 nights and at this price point the hotel is terrific. Clean bathroom and room, comfy beds, terrific continental breakfast and good parking out the back. Definitely good value for money.

Clean spacious room with updated bathroom. The only downside was the room door getting stuck and the bathroom door not closing properly.

My room was cool and tv worked but my friend in another room had trouble with tv and aircon till batteries changed in remote
Beds where amazing comfortable, rooms had fridge kettle microwave but need some upgrades eg carpet in upstairs foyer
Staff very friendly and helpful would stay again good value

Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom however was not very practical. Way too narrow to the point where your knees were a few centimetres from the wall when you sat on the toilet.

Photos are not recent. The property has more wear and tear than shown. Carpets stained. Bathroom was good. Checkin desk closed an hour earlier than advertised. Voicemail was full. We were lucky to find another guest to help with lockbox access. Breakfast was just toast and cereal. Some juice and instant coffee. Nothing special but better than nothing.

Believe room should ( double ) have 4 pillows standard we asked for 2 extras
Only thing for non smoking rooms
Couldn't use as they reeked of smoke had to put in bathroom close door,

The first room we were given was in poor repair with ripped carpet and the light in the bathroom did not work.
We requested a new room and upon being given the key, the staff member said the sliding bathroom door is not working properly and might get stuck and that it did.
The new room was not clean dish soap a um in the soap dish and the last occupants old soap and pubic hairs in the shower.
Again the carpet was ripped in places and metal edging missing into the bathroom.
The hotel walls are covered with signs stating all types of rules for the guest to follow. Quite amusing when the place needs an overall.
Continental breakfast is a joke, as staff do not clear away dishes not do they restock the bread, cereals or juices. Take tour own.
Stay somewhere else if you can.

Room feel neglected, no wifi available and rude staff who was not helpful in troubleshooting. Was told to just deal with it. Everything within the room was dirty, infested with a nasty smell. It was not like the photos. Just survived a night on a long road trip without being able to have a comfortable rest. Will not be recommending. Please go somewhere else.
