Pullman Reef Hotel Casino

Had a wonderful stay. The staff was very helpful.

Enjoyed our short stay in our room. I attended a function at Pullmans across the road from the Casino. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

Hotel should state that they are not family friendly. One evening we purchased drinks and sat down to watch the live entertainment but were told to leave as we had a 10 year old child with us and children were not allowed. I was shocked. Explanation from staff member was robotic and not her fault. We were so disappointed as we like live music and like to dance and sing along. Never went there again. Noticed that the place had zero atmosphere so not surprised if they scare off families like that from the entertainment area, what do you expect? One evening I saw a band singing to an audience of two people! Never going there again and will not recommend. We ended up spending our evenings over at Riley Hotel where they were more family friendly. Also went there during day to their family pool as it was nice and you could order coffee. Can’t order coffee to the pool at Pullman, only alcoholic drinks. Should have booked a different hotel. I am so annoyed as we spent a lot of money staying there for a week holiday.

This was a wonderful place to stay and visit the Great Barrier Reef. The hotel is perfectly located, with a 5 minute walk to the marina where all the tours begin for the Great Barrier Reef. The staff were so friendly and helpful in the most wonderful way, and a special thank you to Jacob. The restaurants and their staff were so kind, and the food ever so generous and delicious. Not to forget their amazing breakfasts, any meal will be a great start to your day of sightseeing. Our rooms were clean, quiet and spacious with a lovely view of the city. All in all a truly magical experience. Highly recommend staying here.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It's an old property so decor looks a bit dated but most of the modern facilities and conforts are still there. Location is excellent, close to city centre and reef terminal. Overall, really enjoyed my stay here and def will stay again should I visit Cairns again

ホテル自体は良かった。部屋は広いしシャワーやジェットバスも良い。立地もいいしスタッフの対応もよい。ウォーターフロントやカジノに気軽に遊びに行けるのもよい。ハウスキーピングが最悪だった。きちんと清掃されない、アメニティが補充されない、ゴミが捨てられない、汚れたままのコップが戻されるなど毎日指摘をしなければならなかった。そこだけ本当に残念。

とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました スタッフの方もいつも笑顔で、親切に対応してくれました ホテルはスーパーも近く、レストランやカフェも徒歩圏内で、とても便利な立地でした。

カジノも併設しており、プロムナードも近くとても良いホテルだと思います。 また朝食もメニューが豊富で飽きないので、とても良かったです。 ただ、夜になると外にある別のホテルのバーにてライブが行われ、その音が気になるかもしれません。

Vessan oven karmi rikki ja mureni ja putosi päälle. Ikkunat likaiset. Yleinen huonekalujen & pintojen kunto rapistunut. Merialanäkymä hieman harhaanjohtava. Kuvattu näkymä on nähtävissä, mutta toisella puolella sviittiä kaupunki ja merialanäkymä päättyy toiseen hotellin seinään.

I was very happy with this hotel. The room was spacious with a nice view. The hotel breakfast was excellent. I had it every morning. The staff was very polite and helpful when I made requests. For example, I asked for a late checkout and they added an hour. The hotel was fully booked that day, so it was a very fair concession. The convenience of the hotel cannot be overstated. It’s close to shopping and numerous attractions in downtown Cairns. I had a helicopter ride one morning and it was only a 10 minute walk to the helipad. Next time I’m in Cairns, I will be staying here.

Everything is wonderful at this hotel APART from the breakfast. It’s a la carte! Who on earth has time to wait for that when you have tours that leave 7:30/8am. It’s impractical. We arrived and got a take away coffee 25 mins after getting there. Service is SOOOOOOOOOOO slow. They need to change this pronto. Ruined an otherwise 5 star hotel.
