Location so close to city center and restaurants. Parking free on weekends in the city.

Bathroom was smelly like it was cleaned with dirty mop or cloth. Sofa leather was worn out.

Pleasant. Nice bed etc… Taxi service to the hotel on 6/10/25 was absolutely atrocious, but it was early in the morning. ACT cabs come across as pretty useless…

Convenient location

We had to walk to the shopping centre for parking but it wasn’t too far away. The room was fantastic with comfy beds. It’s great to have cooking facilities in the room.

Didnt like no on-site parking

The hotel is in a great location and good condition. Beautiful view from the room. Slight downside with the distance to the car park but not too bad given it's prime location. Would definitely stay again.

Clean room. Bathroom essentials replenished regularly. Kitchen essentials e.g. milk replenished reqularly. Didn't have much interaction with staff. Didn't feel much warmth from people at front desk.

Pleasant check in, very presentable and clean room, breakfast and dining excellent.

Obliging and friendly reception, clean room, quiet, kitchenette well provisioned.

Love the location, walking distance to everything

A recently renovated, clean hotel with a good cafe/coffee shop. Great location for shops, theaters, amenities etc. Would stay there again. They accidentally double charge me for parking, but put it right once I pointed it out.

Dogs in the hotel without leashes, parking is an issue, room was not refreshed bedding/coffee without refills. A little disappointing. Close to shopping, that was why we chose this hotel

Great place to stay for a weekend gateway with our doggies ^^

The room was quiet and light, and the staff were very obliging. Unfortunately: 1. There were no coffee pods, and once the staff did provide them, I found the coffee maker was broken; 2. The air conditioner was set at 18 degrees on cooling mode. Once I found the control after spending a freezing night, there were no instructions. Please provide instructions! 3. There were minimal kitchen accessories i.e. no bowls, and only one, one mug, limited cutlery and only one very large carving knife. It was very difficult to prepare a meal. Please supply a smaller, sharp knife e.g. paring knife; 4. step from bathroom into meal preparation area is a trip hazard! Please minimise the hazard by providing a bevel (e.g. timber bevel) from kitchen to bathroom; 5. the website states that television and pay movies are available. This is misleading and deceptive. The televisions are NOT connected to the internet. Only free to air channels are available. 6. One of the blinds had no chain and was stuck in the down position.

Very nice and clean rooms, very central and close to many sites. Highly Recommended.

Not particularly friendly service upon checkout. Otherwise the room and my stay was fine.
