Top location. Far enough to not be in the hustle and bustle, whilst still having easy travel to all locations and having everything you need nearby (e.g. shopping centre, cinema, restaurants, river views, etc). The pool is heated even though it is outdoors making it a potential year-round pleasure. Kids had an amazing time. Perfect family friendly hotel and location. Definitely plan on making this our destination for future Melbourne travels.

My stay at Vibe Hotel Docklands was excellent from start to finish. The location is fantastic—right by the waterfront and close to the CBD, making it perfect for both business and leisure. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with great views and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, which really made a difference. I especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, comfortable bed, and the convenient facilities. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

“Secure parking” is advertised when booking but my car was stolen from the “secure parking” along side a few others previously after posting where it was stolen from. This parking facility should not be advertised as if it is their own parking it leads people to think it’s on site parking and it’s frustrating as it’s not safe.

The room was prepaid at a rate of $150. However, when I arrived, the clerk charged my card an additional $170, saying the room had not been paid for and that they needed to check my card details. I explained that the booking had already been prepaid, but the charge was still processed. I returned to the desk to resolve the issue and was told the payment would be refunded, but it could take up to seven days. What was most disappointing was that there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. The situation was handled quite poorly and left a bad impression.

Not the experience we thought it would be. In a nutshell, cleanliness was the biggest issue. Our room seemed clean to start then realised surfaces hadn’t been wiped down and the coffee table still had the remains of sticky drinks.. this seemed to extend to the bar area too - litter and glasses left for ages then tables not wiped. On the last day. Our bed was made, new towels thrown in but old ones not taken, cups not clean.. there was an ice cream tub left in the lift area and was still there as we left after 2 days.. one of the lifts had a drinks spill in it, this was there the full 4 days we were. Pool area which looks amazing in the photos had limited beds, no space when busy. All very disappointing and wouldn’t stay again.

Great location right next to free tram stop, rooftop pool and spa are beautiful, nice and clean with great view and cabanas with food/drinks ordering. The only thing is it’s super windy in Docklands and especially roof top. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Room is nice but housekeeping is below average. Buffet Breakfast has smaller variety but restaurant staff are nice and responsive.

The rooms were very basic, the beds quite uncomfortable. Definitely not full ‘Queen’ size. Even though we booked two rooms in a single booking, they didn’t mark our rooms together and we kept having to go back and forth. Had to ask them to clear someone else’s room service tray from the hallway after 2 days. Good location, just really underwhelming.

Top location. Far enough to not be in the hustle and bustle, whilst still having easy travel to all locations and having everything you need nearby (e.g. shopping centre, cinema, restaurants, river views, etc). The pool is heated even though it is outdoors making it a potential year-round pleasure. Kids had an amazing time. Perfect family friendly hotel and location. Definitely plan on making this our destination for future Melbourne travels.

Clean, nice rooms. Docklands area is convenient and pleasant to stay in. Easy to access the city, but you could easily find everything you need locally too. Plenty of good restaurants close too.

“Secure parking” is advertised when booking but my car was stolen from the “secure parking” along side a few others previously after posting where it was stolen from. This parking facility should not be advertised as if it is their own parking it leads people to think it’s on site parking and it’s frustrating as it’s not safe.

My stay at Vibe Hotel Docklands was excellent from start to finish. The location is fantastic—right by the waterfront and close to the CBD, making it perfect for both business and leisure. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with great views and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, which really made a difference. I especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, comfortable bed, and the convenient facilities. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

Our stay was great, only things would be more light in the restaurant (hard to read the menu) and we requested a shower chair for an elderly family member which never arrived.

The room was prepaid at a rate of $150. However, when I arrived, the clerk charged my card an additional $170, saying the room had not been paid for and that they needed to check my card details. I explained that the booking had already been prepaid, but the charge was still processed. I returned to the desk to resolve the issue and was told the payment would be refunded, but it could take up to seven days. What was most disappointing was that there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. The situation was handled quite poorly and left a bad impression.

Not the experience we thought it would be. In a nutshell, cleanliness was the biggest issue. Our room seemed clean to start then realised surfaces hadn’t been wiped down and the coffee table still had the remains of sticky drinks.. this seemed to extend to the bar area too - litter and glasses left for ages then tables not wiped. On the last day. Our bed was made, new towels thrown in but old ones not taken, cups not clean.. there was an ice cream tub left in the lift area and was still there as we left after 2 days.. one of the lifts had a drinks spill in it, this was there the full 4 days we were. Pool area which looks amazing in the photos had limited beds, no space when busy. All very disappointing and wouldn’t stay again.

A big thank you to Alex at reception who was so helpful in making sure that we got another room and delivered the keys to us personally (the original room we had smelt of cigarettes). Rooms were clean and hotel has good facilities.

Great location right next to free tram stop, rooftop pool and spa are beautiful, nice and clean with great view and cabanas with food/drinks ordering. The only thing is it’s super windy in Docklands and especially roof top. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Room is nice but housekeeping is below average. Buffet Breakfast has smaller variety but restaurant staff are nice and responsive.

Cleanliness of room and property. Things under the bed, window sills dusty, toilet flush buttons dirty, carpets in hall dirty, doona dirty, level 7 games area dirty - it has slipped since we last stayed. Breakfast is very basic too.

Need more towel in the room, no spoons or fork. Blankets were abit itchy to use. The rooms didnt smell as clean as i expected but overall, the service pool, spa and sky lounge access recommended to try.

The rooms were very basic, the beds quite uncomfortable. Definitely not full ‘Queen’ size. Even though we booked two rooms in a single booking, they didn’t mark our rooms together and we kept having to go back and forth. Had to ask them to clear someone else’s room service tray from the hallway after 2 days. Good location, just really underwhelming.
