Séjour en famille top, bonne accueil reçu. Petit bémol pour la piscine qui est très fraîche mais sinon Hôtel confortable et service de nettoyage au top

We stayed at this hotel for a couple days based on proximity to the Grand Place and restaurants. We were a family of four, and we booked the two-level family room. Pros: Our room was ready early when we arrived. The two level family room with the spiral staircase was more than enough space for us and our two teenagers. The lower level has a second toilet, which was nice and unexpected. The person who checked us in was very helpful in helping us identify activities. The bed was comfortable. It's a 5ish minute walk to the Grand Place with tons of restaurants. Cons: There isn't much else on the street the hotel is on. The pathway that leads toward the shops and restaurants closes at night and you have to walk uphill around the block to get to the hotel if you come back later. We asked for a van to take us to the train station but they only called for a regular cab. Our suitcases and things didn't really fit and the driver was visibly frustrated. He was slamming the trunk and went into the hotel to speak to the staff. We ended up having one person sit up front holding a suitcase on his lap. Then, when we got to the train station he said he didn't take cards and only cash. We only had American money so he took that. This wasn't the best end to our trip but it wasn't necessarily the hotel's fault. I did point out that we'd asked for a van, knowing we had a lot of luggage, and they said we only see you asked for a cab.

Excellent hotel! I’d definitely stay there for my next visit.

I wouldn't rate this hotel 4*, it was 3* at best. There are small things that could be done to make the stays a lot more comfortable - for example: the toilet roll paper was very thin (had to be doubled over to use!); no milk or breakfast tea in bedroom or lobby area; the floors are mostly concrete (with rugs around the bed only), and not particularly clean; the breakfast area felt like a school canteen, and the choice wasnt particularly great (lots of waiting around!). The area around the hotel mostly seems to be mostly being demolished / cleared out.

The location wasn’t good. It was close to grand place but the area was sketchy. It wasn’t good as reviews. Stuff wasn’t so friendly either.

Perfect location near museum and delicious cafes. The hotel is stylish and the room large (for European cities) and very comfortable.

We have stayed in many hotels in Brussels over the years and 9Hotel Sablon is definitely at the top. Well managed, beautifully designed, conveniently located and peaceful. We highly recommend 9Hotel Sablon.

Erst ein unvorbereitetes Zimmer erhalten, das auch nicht unserer Buchung entsprach. Sehr nette Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat uns am Folgetag ein größeres Zimmer (kostenfreies Upgrade) ermöglicht. Dafür ein PLUS an das nette Personal an der Rezeption. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser in der Lounge waren kostenlos. Frühstücksraum nicht sehr einladend (im Keller), deshalb nicht genutzt.

Overall a perfect city hotel close to all the places you need to see when in Brussels.

Centralt beliggende hotel. Fin service. Ok morgenmad. God ide med at koge sine egne æg, men tiden der var anbefalet var slet ikke i nærheden. De skulle have noget længere. Og ærgerligt at andre “stjæler” ens æg og bare lægger et nyt ned i kogeren så man får et råt æg. Meget roligt kvarter men masser af spisesteder i nærheden. Poolen lidt til den kolde side.

Good hotel walking distance away from many tourist attractions. Staff very nice and friendly. Difficult to park the car if you come with one here. Unfortunately our duplex room had terrible smell seemingly every time we flushed the toilet upstairs. We had tough time with smell and staff spraying refreshers and alcohol sprays didn’t remove the smell.

Il manquait des morceaux de peinture un peu partout, le seul est digne d'un motel 1 étoile ... Très décevant.

Lovely place very good location is very unique suites don’t be looking for luxury but this place is very well located and the staff members super cool Breakfast include it very clean the pool is very nice and it has a sauna as well

駅から少し離れているため歩きだと到着まで大変かもしれません。近くにはレストラン、チョコレート屋さんケーキ屋さんありで楽しめます。ホテルは地下に小さいプールがあり2⁻3人で楽しめると思います。おしゃれホテルです。

Hatte ein Zimmer im 2. Stock bekommen. Internetverbindung per WLAN ging nicht mit Passwort auf Hotel Services Seiten. Anderes Passwort war aktuell, welches die Rezeption hatte (Services Seite also nicht aktualisiert). Telefon ging nicht (Rezeption konnte mich nicht hören). Sitzt man auf der Toilette befindet man sich halb in der Dusche und der Duschvorhang hängt schräg vor einem herunter. Duscht man, dann ist danach die gesamte Toilette nass, und auch die Fliesen sind nicht abgedichtet zur Glaswand hin. Frühstücksraum ist im Keller und es wurde überhaupt nicht abgeräumt. Überall stand noch benutztes Geschirr herum, kaum Platz gefunden. Aufzug auch direkt im Frühstückraum endet. Altes Model, dass beim Fahren klappert und sich seitlich bewegt. Am Fenster im Bad blättert die Farbe ab. Und dafür 230 € pro Nacht ist eine Frechtheit!!!! Daher nie wieder!!!
