Nice and clean studio room quite area fair connection to Brussels Midi Train Station.

Good hotel for short business trip. Breakfast is standard buffet. Supermarket nearby, but if you need to head out for dinner, you have to walk about 10-15 minutes.

No working AC in peak summer – disappointing experience The hotel claims to offer air-conditioned rooms, but that was not the case at all during our 3-night stay in July, when the weather was extremely hot. None of the ACs were working, and we eventually had to request fans just to get through the night. This was a major letdown and made the stay quite uncomfortable. Aside from the AC issue, the room was small but manageable for a short stay. No cleaning service is offered unless you stay more than 7 days, which is something to be aware of in advance. On a positive note, one of the receptionists—a new young staff member—was extremely kind and helpful, especially during check-in, and that made a good first impression. Overall, location and staff were decent, but the lack of basic comfort like working AC makes it hard to recommend, especially during summer.

Comfortable studio, friendly staff, convenient location, pleasant stay. Dishwasher would have been great, but I did without it. Another small suggestion is to add a smaller pot for cooking something like an egg or hot cereal. I'd also suggest adding a flyer or QR code for online appliance instructions (stove, microwave), as it took me a while to figure out how to operate them in an exact way I wanted (controls are not 100% intuitive). One real small pain point was one of the washing machines being out of order for entire week. Wewash knew about it but didn't seem to be bothered by it enough to come and fix it. This caused a "traffic jam" on the night I wanted to do laundry. Other than that, it was great.

Tout était bien sauf le stationnement pas assez de place pour décharger les bagages sur les 4 places temporaires. Autre problème aucune place handicapé gratuite à proximité de l'hôtel.

hotel comfortable et bien équipé, a proximité de la superette de l'hopital. dommage qu'il n'y a pas un accord avec le parking chirec pour les résidents, nécéssite de marcher 10 mn vers un parking publique toujours en travaux

Nous avons bien aimé la chambre qui était spacieuse lits confortables dommage que la table soit trop petite Cette dernière est juste pour 2 personnes alors que la chambre est pour 4

A lovely spacious room in a good location. Car park was private, which is payable per hour. This was ok for the night, but would be pricey if staying longer. Breakfast was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful!

Well located Should be announced as in front of one big Belgian hospital Could sound strange for tourists visiting Brussels

the apartment complex is kind of annexed to an hospital that includes a small grocery store and a cafe/souvenir shop type restaurant which offers decent breakfast with somewhat meager coffee choices and pastries. the hotel itself is kind of a modern 4+ star having clean bath (lots of towels) and wide bed and kitchenette/sink/utensils. No complaint here. You would have to pay for the breakfast, which is OK in choices variety including an standard (push-button) espresso machine. the only drawback is that customers have to walk to the nearest restaurant quarter more than 500m away (over a rail way bridge), even though the walk to useable bus stops and metro is comparatively shorter. I wouldn't mind rebook here, only when the rate is clearly lower (e.g.77 euros)

Great

Chambre propre, moderne et bien équipé. Son emplacement, bien que légèrement excentré, est compensé par une bonne accessibilité aux transports en commun à 10 min à pied du métro delta et à 5 min Arrêt de bus 71. Un carrefour express est également à proximité. Le personnel à la réception sont aimable et accueillant.
