El personal fue muy atento y la ubicación es excelente. El hotel está mucho mas viejo de lo que se ve en las fotos del anuncio. El elevador esta también muy viejo y no se siente seguro. El bufete tenía pocas opciones y no nos pareció rico, además de que hay pocas mesas para la cantidad de huepedes, tienes que hacer una fila larga para poder entrar. En nuestro cuarto nunca rellenaron los botes del shampoo y jabón. Desde el primer dia el Internet nunca llegó a nuestro cuarto por mas que nos decían que el técnico lo estaba arreglando. De cuatro noches, la última noche nos movieron a una nueva habitación con internet.

Acomodações suficientes para quem procura visitar o Rio de Janeiro. Quanto ao uso das piscinas e outras áreas de lazer depende muito de pessoa para pessoa, eu mesmo não consegui utilizar praticamente nada devido a passar o dia todo fora do hotel, e quando chegava já fechava a piscina 22h. No mais tudo perfeito!

Breakfast was ok. Staff at the front were sort of nice, cleaners did not clean my room in the 3 nights we were there unless we asked. Our room was the 18th floor and bathroom smelled like sewage. Pool and views very nice. This hotel needs a lot of upkeep

Hotel en Copacabana más cerca a el barrio de Leme .Relativamente cerca de Avenida Atlántica donde puede ir caminando hacia la playa de Copacabana muy fácil . El hotel ubicado en un barrio donde convives con residentes del área y turistas . Muy práctico al no tener carro todo queda relativamente cerca . El hotel en sí es algo anticuado se considera un 3 estrellas por lo que ofrece, necesita algo de renovación pues luce algo antiguo . Las habitaciones son bastante aceptable en cuanto a tamaño y calidad estaba algo espaciosa aunque los baños más pequeños de lo usual . Claro me imagino que varíen en cuanto lo que pagas en caso nuestro era una habitación standard doble . El desayuno es aceptable aunque todos los días ofrecen lo mismo .En cuanto a el personal son muy agradable y dispuesto ayudar en lo que necesites sobre todo los Botones . En si recomiendo este hotel a pesar de algunas cosas que se pueden mejorar ya que es un hotel que tiene una alta capacidad de turismo .Disfrutamos nuestra estancia y agradecemos a todos . We Love Rio es una de las ciudades más linda que he visto. Gracias a todos Brasil.

Rien aller dans cette hôtel, premièrement la chambre ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions réservé de plus le coffre fort a arrêté de fonctionné sans aucune raison, le lit grinçait et il manquait des lattes. Impossible d’utiliser le wifi car il fonctionne qu’une fois sur deux. Deuxième extrêmement mal isoler on entendait la rue ainsi que la douche de la chambre d’à côté. Les finition de la chambre était mal faite. Il avait des trace de peinture partout ainsi que le tête de lit qui était mal accroché. Troisièmement si vous vous promener dans le couloir de l’hôtel vous constaterez qu’il y a des lumière mal accrochée ainsi que plein de trou dans les murs. Pour finir lors du check out on s’est retrouvé à payer les bouteille eau dans la chambre pour un montant de 200 reais pour 5 bouteille eau sans avoir été informé qu’elles seraient facturé. Petit bonus. Tous les matins, à l’entrée de l’hôtel, vous aurez le droit de retrouver le même vendeur ambulant discuter tranquillement avec le staff de l’accueil et essayer de vous vendre des tours ou des t-shirt. Pour bien vous faire rappeler que vous vous êtes fait avoir d’avoir pris un hôtel à touriste. Ne réservez pas cet hôtel! Fuyez!!!

The location of the hotel is perfect as it’s walking distance to copacabana and a great central place to be when you want to branch out to the rest of the city. The hotel had breakfast included which was a nice touch and had a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has a nice roof top for breaks in between the beach. Those are where the pros end. When we arrived the man at the front desk tried to charge us a full nights stay to check in early. This was apparently a negotiable price bc he knocked it down 100 rs when we said no to his 400rs price. The rooms had mold. We saw 2 roaches in the bathroom which I know are common in Brazil but I’ve been here a few times and this is the first time I’ve seen them in my room. Also the wifi did not work in our room at all. I don’t know if it was bc of the location of our room but it just wouldn’t work. We tried to ask for help. The front desk guy put it through on his Walkie but still 5 days without wifi. We could only connect in the lobby which the guy assured me should not be the case. I would not stay here again. I wouldn’t recommend to others unless it was on super sale. Next time I will just rent a local apt. It may not have amenities but I’m sure it would be better service and better wifi

Otima localização, facil acesso. Alguns pontos de mofo no hall e no banheiro.. Elevadores insuficientes para a quantidade de quartos do hotel nos fazendo esperar muito tempo principalmente para descer. Somente 2 elevadores funcionando.

Quarto limpo,porém não havia nada personalizado que fizesse a diferença do hotel para os demais. Localização top a dois quarteirão da praia Café da manhã muito próspero bem variados e tudo perfeito O frigobar só tinha água mais aí é-o de menos

Rien aller dans cette hôtel, premièrement la chambre ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions réservé de plus le coffre fort a arrêté de fonctionné sans aucune raison, le lit grinçait et il manquait des lattes. Impossible d’utiliser le wifi car il fonctionne qu’une fois sur deux. Deuxième extrêmement mal isoler on entendait la rue ainsi que la douche de la chambre d’à côté. Les finition de la chambre était mal faite. Il avait des trace de peinture partout ainsi que le tête de lit qui était mal accroché. Troisièmement si vous vous promener dans le couloir de l’hôtel vous constaterez qu’il y a des lumière mal accrochée ainsi que plein de trou dans les murs. Pour finir lors du check out on s’est retrouvé à payer les bouteille eau dans la chambre pour un montant de 200 reais pour 5 bouteille eau sans avoir été informé qu’elles seraient facturé. Petit bonus. Tous les matins, à l’entrée de l’hôtel, vous aurez le droit de retrouver le même vendeur ambulant discuter tranquillement avec le staff de l’accueil et essayer de vous vendre des tours ou des t-shirt. Pour bien vous faire rappeler que vous vous êtes fait avoir d’avoir pris un hôtel à touriste. Ne réservez pas cet hôtel! Fuyez!!!

The location of the hotel is perfect as it’s walking distance to copacabana and a great central place to be when you want to branch out to the rest of the city. The hotel had breakfast included which was a nice touch and had a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has a nice roof top for breaks in between the beach. Those are where the pros end. When we arrived the man at the front desk tried to charge us a full nights stay to check in early. This was apparently a negotiable price bc he knocked it down 100 rs when we said no to his 400rs price. The rooms had mold. We saw 2 roaches in the bathroom which I know are common in Brazil but I’ve been here a few times and this is the first time I’ve seen them in my room. Also the wifi did not work in our room at all. I don’t know if it was bc of the location of our room but it just wouldn’t work. We tried to ask for help. The front desk guy put it through on his Walkie but still 5 days without wifi. We could only connect in the lobby which the guy assured me should not be the case. I would not stay here again. I wouldn’t recommend to others unless it was on super sale. Next time I will just rent a local apt. It may not have amenities but I’m sure it would be better service and better wifi
