The check in procedure takes more than 40 mins. At the beginning , the front desk said that he cannot find my reservation and ask me wait until he at last find my reservation. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent!

The room was larger than average with a great bathroom. A/C kept the room comfortable. We loved the breakfasts, which did change a little each day. The TV did not have any viable channels though. We did not have a room with a view, but also did not find morning sunshine to keep us from sleeping in. The staff were all friendly, helpful and concerned that our stay was going well. Also, their tip that seniors above 65 yo ride public transit for free was very helpful. This was a tremendous location. Some of the best restaurants and shopping were all within walking distance as was the main history museum. Many different cuisines to choose from as well.

“A recepção foi atenciosa, porém o quarto era para não fumantes e havia um cigarro no vaso sanitário, além de estar sujo. Trocaram o quarto, mas faltaram toalhas. A responsável pelo café da manhã parecia não estar em um bom dia e foi grosseira com todos que pediam auxílio.”

La chambre était correcte mais assez vieille : le papier peint était ancien et la baignoire fuyait.
Le personnel de l’accueil était très agréable et professionnel.
En revanche, l’expérience au petit-déjeuner a été décevante à cause des dames du restaurant, qui étaient désagréables et mal polies. Cela a vraiment gâché ce moment.
L’hôtel est toutefois très bien situé, en plein centre, ce qui est un point positif.

De kamers waren niet schoon en werden niet schoongemaakt. Het balkon was prettig. Het ontbijt was sober. Het personeel was wel vriendelijk. Het hotel is ouderwets maar is wel goed gelegen, dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden.

This was a solid hotel for the price. It was conveniently located (both to attractions and to food options, public transit was also nearby). The rooms were small and the hotel is on the older side, but the rooms were clean. Some of our rooms had balconies and those balconies had great views.

Vi var lovet parkering ved hotellet men fik at vide at det var optaget. Vi betalte kr 1200 for parkering i 3 dage et andet sted. Det er vi ikke tilfredse med.

This is an older hotel but the location is excellent for easy access to most of Sofia’s sights. Everything was clean and the kettle, tv and fridge all worked. For the price paid this was a really good stay
