Spend 1 night with family for a church conference. Very clean and staff friendly. Church finished late and we requested 1 hours late checkout and was granted without a hassle Problem is there is no microwave in the bedroom. You supposed to take your food down to reception for them to warm up for you which uncomfortable. When I was booking online on other posted rates there was an option to add breakfast. Mine didn’t have and thought it was included. The front desk explained to me that meals are a la carte at the indoor restaurant. So that confused me a bit Otherwise the stay was awesome and there is Tim Horton’s right next to the place. Less than 10 minutes to CAA Center Brampton and easy access to highways

Outstanding support and excellent customer service.

Front desk staff could be warmer and more welcoming, they are highly efficient though. Hotel is very clean, good amenities and modern facilities. The only problem is noise, you could hear the early flights directly above and people talking in the hallways. Everything else was good.

Pull out bed covers had to be replaced since they were stained with dried blood. No convenience items in the room, ordered a suite. Didn't have any utensils (fork, spoons), no spare tooth brush, Qtips, etc. Items that other less than premium prices provide, especially given the room type.

Higly recommend. A wonderful and relaxing boutique style hotel. Clean, modern, excellent service. Nice Restaurant and bar area with various cozy seating areas. Food is outstanding and really well priced. Indian food slanted with alternative options. Servers are friendly and know the menu Have great recommendations. Restaurant music is relaxing and chilll, easy to have conversations. Pool and gym areas are lovely. Pool is warm. One of the nicest places I've stayed at in a long time.

Very nice for a long stay

It’s really nice, modern and brand new. The only problem is the parking. It is always packed and sometimes hard to find a spot. Other than that, it is a beautiful hotel.

On April 13 between the hours of 2am and 4:30am there was exessivfe banging, noise, music. A number of request were made to reception and finally around 5am the noise was shut down. This disruption of sleep was the sour point in an otherwise reasonable weekend away

Hotel was very modern and clean. Found staff friendly. There is some overhead noise at night as it is close to the airport.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is situated in a business district. Initially, I was apprehensive about what to expect based on its exterior appearance. However, I was pleasantly surprised upon entering—the hotel was very clean and had a delightful scent, thanks to an air freshener that gave it a welcoming aroma, distinct from the typical hotel smell.​ The rooms were mostly clean and comfortable. I chose to overlook a few minor issues, as they didn't significantly impact my stay.​ However, I did encounter a problem after leaving for the day. When I returned I noticed that housekeeping had left garbage on the floor and hadn't replaced essential items like toilet paper, towels, or facial tissues. I had to call the front desk to have these issues addressed, which was disappointing.​ Overall, the hotel has many positive attributes, but attention to detail in housekeeping could be improved.
