The room was okay good for the price. The location is the best part. Walking distance to everything amd downtown.

Everything was good. You get what you pay for. Great for a one night rest from the road.

Rooms need updating, Fire Alarm was six years expired in my room, bedding was all stained and I could barely open and close the door into my room - needs work. Lots of garbage outback by my room.

Very clean and comfortable

This hotel shouldn’t even be offered on Expedia. Our room smelled of weed and there were lots of transient people around/staying there. The staff are very friendly and considerate. We ended up leaving as I was with my son and wasn’t comfortable staying. Thankfully the staff understood and were gracious to offer me a refund.

Hotel was quite disappointing. Very run down and did not feel safe with people loitering in alley at back. Woman at front desk was helpful.

I am honestly shocked that Wyndham allows the Howard Johnson name to remain attached to this property. I checked in late last night without reading reviews beforehand because I assumed a Howard Johnson by Wyndham would at least meet a minimum standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. That assumption was completely wrong. The first room we were assigned reeked so badly of cigarette smoke that we immediately had to request another room. The second room smelled nearly identical, except now mixed with what genuinely smells like mold and mildew. The condition of the room is appalling — holes in the walls, dirt and grime throughout, stains and filth on surfaces, and even what appeared to be blood on the floor. To make matters worse, the key card reader for the room does not even function properly. The front desk attendant had to use a master key to let us in and then informed us that if we left the room we likely would not be able to get back in. So effectively, once inside, you feel trapped. After reading reviews afterward, it became clear this is not an isolated experience. There are countless complaints mentioning smoke-filled rooms, mold, bugs, broken locks, stained bedding, unsafe conditions, drug activity around the property, and rooms that appear completely neglected. The consistency of these complaints over time is honestly unbelievable. This property is not just “dated.” It is run down, poorly maintained, and unsanitary.

Could be cleaner. Took a while for hot water but it did come i did start in the cold thinking it wasn’t coming. Pretty dated Dark and quiet. Was good for sleeping.

Staff were nice

Very low price budget friendly older motel.renovated small room, comfy beds, could not hear traffic but lots of noise from old plumbing. Limited breakfast, no protein options, waffles were nice. easy to find.

The room had very comfortable beds and blankets and nice toiletries. I was very happy especially for the price

This property was so grubby we did not feel safe staying there

J’ai demander à nettoyer ma chambre après 3 jour de vacances, ils ont juste enlever les poubelles et non pas changer ni les draps ni les serviettes, ni fais le lit ni aussi nettoyer la chambre et le chauffage ne fonctionnais pas non plus le frigo faisais trop de bruit

Stayed one night, and would not have been able to stay any longer. Arrived to stains on the pillows and bath towels. Shower was also not great. The bathroom light was flickering but with some tinkering we got it to stop. Would not stay here again.

Room was clean, check in was easy, staff friendly. I had to leave prior to 7am when the breakfast room opened, so i can’t comment on the breakfast but I would recommend opening up breakfast earlier, most hotels I stay at open at 6am. Otherwise I would recommend staying here, great value.
