Lækkert værelse og dejligt store, afløbet i badeværelse var dog stoppet. Betjening i receptionen var upåklagelig.

Lækkert hotel. Ville gerne have haft morgenmad fra kl 6. kommer helt sikkert igen.

Great hotel, but expensive!

Service acceptable. Receptionist at check-in was fantastic. Some others keep to bare minimum. Complained about AC not working, was never fixed. Ended upp (not) sleeping in a very warm room. Fairly clean room, just some stains on carpets Breakfast very good.

The Good: The downstairs decor is great with plants and trees, and the check-in was easy and friendly. The growth areas: There were multiple areas of stained areas or dirty sports in the rooms on the chairs, counters, and walls. Although the front desk could be reached by phone, it felt like we had to walk down to speak with them before they took action to get things done. Last, the glass door in the shower is way too short. It's really diificult to keep water in the shower.

I would like a refund immediately and my card number deleted. One month after I checked out, the front desk fraudulently used my card and charged me without any consultation. A month after I checked out, they added something to my bill that wasn't mentioned at checkout. They charged me for laundry service, but we didn't request it. As for laundry service, my clothes were accidentally washed during my stay, and I complained and they were waived. Specifically, we requested a separate service called Laundry Heap, put our clothes in a Laundry Heap bag, and left them at the front desk. They washed them without our permission. We had already paid for Laundry Heap, and when we complained to the front desk on the day, the hotel's laundry service was waived. I don't understand why I was charged an additional fee more than a month after my stay and complaint.

Si trova in un centro direzionale, vicino alla metropolitana e alla stazione. Colazione abbondante. L'unico ristorante è piuttosto caro. Vicino ad un centro commerciale

Good breakfast, friendly tri-lingual staff.

The hotel and room was clean and conveniently located a 5min walk to the metro. Central Copenhagen was a 15min ride. The staff were friendly and helpful and the amenities were good also. The hotel is also a 10 to 15min ride to the airport. We had a great stay and would book here again.

Although it is not in city centre. But the hotel is close to regional train and metro station. So it is quite convenient. Room was a bit hot during summer. And power of the room was cut when the kettle and hair dryer are operating at the same time
