Great place to stay for a visit to Derby, great lication and friendly staff.....

Clean room, free parking and friendly staff all for a great price. Will definitely stay again.

Great small hotel in the centre of Derby. Small but super clean and well decorated room. Room was a little chilly until I found a fan heater under the desk.

良い点:朝食が美味しい。レストランのスタッフは非常に良い接客。 悪い点:三日間の滞在で清掃なし。1日目、部屋の入り口横に、清掃が必要かどうかのスイッチがあることに気づき、2日目は清掃を依頼する。 清掃されておらず、夕方にそのことを告げると、安全とプライバシーの観点から毎朝、清掃の依頼をフロントにしないといけないと言われる。チェックイン時にそのような案内なし。清掃チームが既にいないので、タオルだけ受け取る。 トイレや洗面台の詰まりが酷く、水が流れない。 朝食の提供スピードは遅い、30-45分は余裕を見る必要がある。

Has seen better days. Some areas of room covered in thick dust. Lovely building but rooms are tired.

We managed to check in early and get the car parked at the front of the hotel, thanks to the friendly staff. Easy to find, and in a good location, being a short walk from the city centre restaurants and pubs. A quiet location however, with a comfortable, clean room. The entrance hall and staircase are magnificent Breakfast next day was fine, and excellent value for the price.

A heritage hotel with interesting history as a bank and courthouse, amazing staircase and overlooked by the cathedral, walk to restaurants in city centre. Quiet location but limited metered on street parking. Cosy rooms, comfortable and good quality beds. Cooked breakfast but would have liked to see fresh juices and fruit as healthy alternatives. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely stay again.

We were attracted by the appearance of the property on Expedia and the reasonable price. But when we arrived, after check-in time, the person at the desk disappeared for several minutes to find out if the room was ready. We reached the room and were disappointed. It was tiny, with no space to put a suitcase down except on the bed. Thus it was too small to be a single, never mind a double. The bathroom was clean and pleasant, but there were chipped tiles. More importantly, the safe didn't work, which I reported, but the person at the desk said that nothing could be done as they didn't have the master key. Did this mean it would not work in perpetuity? The lobby area and staircase were very elegant, but a bit dark and exceedingly quiet. Overall, a handsome building, but a very disappointing room.

Easy to find managed to park on premises but there are not many parking spaces. Theres plenty of off street parking. Hotel is clean and staff friendly.

Staff helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Could do with a bit of updating but overall decent value for money.

beautiful historic building right in the centre of the city near the cathedral. clean and pleasant and staff were lovely

Room tired, air con broken, toilet made a loud humming noise all night.

Lovely hotel, perfect location for the town center. Room was clean and extremely well equipped. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
