Chelsea Cloisters Serviced Apartments

The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location, close to South Kensington station. While the room worked for our stay, it is worth noting that the room did not look like the pictures Expedia has posted on its booking site.

Good for the price. Great location

The room was acceptable although there was no air conditioning. The temperature outside was in the mid 30's, there were builders working in the room directly above our room with constant crashing and banging, one afternoon the hot water was turned off. Upon our late arrival at the apartment at 11am, due to a flight cancelation, beyond our control which had caused us to spend over 20 hours overnight at two airports, the front office woman greeted us with distain and told us our room would not be ready for another four hours, realising our anguish, yet disinterested in our plight. However, another attendant overheard our concerns and immediately presented us with a key to our room on the 7th floor. There was no lobby attendant, so we were left to manhandle our luggage of four cases to our room. I am 81 years of age and my wife is 78, there seemed to be no respect for our age or circumstances ! Regarding the room. The kitchen was very acceptable as was the toilet, however, the heat in the room caused us to have all windows wide open through the night and bear the discomfort of the heat!

宿泊者用エレベーターが表と裏に２台ずつあるが、故障中で裏の１台しか稼働しておらず、皆難儀していた。年に何度か利用しているものの、４台とも稼働しているのは見たことがない。 熱波襲来だが、古い施設でエアコンはない。ただし、扇風機が２台あり、多少は助かった。

The rooms have no ac and wasnt listed on the descriptions. The lift wasnt working for our entire time we stayed there that made extremely difficult to carry out luggage to higher levels of the building and no help or support provided. Lastly, we asked for crib for our baby, even though we have booked the room with included child that was no support to have a solution to provide a bed for my infant.

La habitación es muy cómoda y obtuve lo prometido. Se veía limpia pero no creo lo estuviera porque había olor a orina en el baño, así como en los pasillos entre las habitaciones. La vista desde mi habitación muy mala, como un techo sucio.

A decent enough room for a night in London, but bed and bathroom were small, and the room quite stuffy. Bathroom could do with some attention as paint peeling off the door and limescale on the sink and shower. Toiletries provided are not very good quality.

If you want to be close to the museums in Kensington, this is a good location. However, for the week that we were there, the main lift was broken. Guests complained but nothing happened, the lift was never repaired for the duration of our stay. There is also no air-conditioning. We could open the windows, but bugs flew in and we found them on our pillows and bedsheets. The windows were streaked and our view of London in the distance is besmirched. A request was made to clean the windows but no action was taken. Rooms were clean only every other day and requesting more towels will incur additional charges. It turned out to be quite a disappointing stay for us.

El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas, puedes lavar la ropa es muy sencillo, puedes calentar puedes enfriar y todo está perfecto. Las situaciones que no están perfectas es que estamos en Julio y hace demasiado calor y el espacio no cuenta con clima solamente con un ventilador, si te toca una habitación Quede a la calle, podrás abrir la ventana, pero al abrir la ventana también aperturar hace el ruido y es una calle un tanto transitada, que si bien no es constante el tráfico en la noche, si se oye mucho los escapes y por lo mismo del calor, si no la tienes abierta, no se refresca la habitación Ahora también considero que hay algo que no ayuda es que no funcionan los elevadores principales, porque tienes que darle casi toda la vuelta a la manzana por dentro para que puedas subir tu equipaje. Si está en el piso alto, si esa situación las puedes llevar bien sin problema, no vas a tener detalles ya que está muy bien ubicada y pensé que en Londres todo es pequeño, es un cómodo espacio para una máximo dos personas

The place has no AC and during the biggest heatwave in London it would have been nice to know. I ended up getting heat stroke and had to move hotels

Starting to go downhill, looking shabby and the lifts don't work

立地がよくロンドン市内観光には最適です。今後は、全室にエアコンを設置する必要が生じてくるかもしれません。今回で４度目の滞在になります。

the place is generally good in terms of location, cleanness, and staff. i would definitely come back again. couple downsides : elevator is super tiny barely fit 4 people with no luggage, there were only one elevator working during our stay for some reason, we had to climb stairs pretty much the whole time, could be a big problem for older people. noise from street is very loud even past mid night. it probably because it’s a london thing, but if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room not facing street.

Great location! I will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Excellent serviced apartments let down slightly by two out of four lifts not working which had been a long term problem and is bad if you are on a higher floor. But good service with apartments serviced every tow days (and oven the dish washing done)

It was nothing like the pictures .. the bathroom had mold in it .. the baseboards were dirty .. just not worth the money at all

This is the second time I have stayed at Chelsea Cloisters and I will stay again. It is not the Ritz; the rooms are small, are of various ages and could do with a bit of a refresh. However if you’re after a reasonably priced place in a good location stay here. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms okay and you have the bonus of a kitchenette and washing machine. Importantly, the staff are friendly and accommodating. Finally, two of the four lifts don’t appear to work so ask for a room on a low floor.
