The whole experience was wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like were the signs everywhere telling me what to score. It said if I gave 8 out of 10 this would not help the staff. Until I saw the signs telling me what to score I was very happy.

Great hotel, reception staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived late, but they were still very courteous. Free parking and lovely spacious room. We didn’t have breakfast as heading out early for Heathrow, which is close by. Better than staying at an airport hotel

Room was very clean and spacious, hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and amenities were great! The town was only a 4-6 minute drive and there was plenty to see and do. Parking on site was easy, it was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in awhile; would definitely recommend for couples!

A vast improvement upon our stay last year. Lovely spotlessly clean rooms with all the things we value like minibar space for our own seasonal snacks & cheeses plus great pillow selection, excellent heating, great lighting, good magnifying mirrors in the bathroom and deep soaking tub. Plus a great pool & sauna, attentive friendly staff...and easy to use Wifi.

Lovely clean room. Breakfast was one on the best I had in ages, good quality and a very good variety.. staff couldn’t do enough for you..
Only criticism.. for women with long hair, when you go swimming you are only allowed one towel.. making harder to dry your hair..

The staff upon check-in were great, however, the spa staff were extremely rude and clearly didn't want to be there.
We had dinner in the bar but got told the pizza wasn't fresh and was only a frozen pizza which they were charging £18 for, ridiculous! Won't be going back.
