We stayed 1 night for a stop over while travelling further but are now planning a trip especially to stay at this hotel it was so lovely. The staff were brilliant and it was lovely and clean

Very friendly staff, the room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The pool was full of kids so we didn't went for a swim. Breakfast was good and had many options. The car park was quite full and the spots were a bit tight (even worse because a lot of people didn't know how to park 🙃) But overall was a nice experience! Highly recommend it!

⭐ 1/5 This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. The reception staff were unhelpful and showed very little interest in resolving guests’ concerns. Customer service was poor throughout my stay. What made matters worse was that the booking information did not clearly state that the room had no refrigerator. I was travelling with two young children, aged 1 and 5, and I had made this clear when booking. Having no fridge available for a family with young children is extremely inconvenient. I was also shocked to find out that rooms are only cleaned every three days. This is unacceptable, especially for families with children. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene should be a basic standard in any hotel, and waiting three days for room cleaning does not meet reasonable expectations. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and inadequate housekeeping made this stay very frustrating. I will not be booking with this hotel chain again and cannot recommend it to other families.

Please avoid at all costs. I’m a traveller who rarely complains but this place is a dump. It’s a Marriott and I’ve never stayed somewhere so poor on so many levels. The response from management was poor. Their generic emails post stay were worse than their mediocre attitude during. Noisy hotel. No sound proofing and people running corridors all night on a Wednesday! Overpriced and poor value for money. Do you and your friends and family proud and avoid this hotel at all costs! Do not waste a penny on this hotel it’s truly awful. Pretty sure all the social media guys will be staying there soon to review it and show exactly how bad it is!

Friendly staffs, clean room, convenient parking

Check in was quick, , the receptionist was polite, a few grumbles once in room but sorted out quickly. The rest of our stay was great

Good service and good hotel...only thing is the double bed was on the small size

The hotel was excellent, the spa was also really good. Breakfast was very nice. My room was pretty clean, something left under the bed, otherwise all good. Would recommend and will very likely go back.

Amazing Hotel, Only a short one night stay. Lovely grounds and brilliant amenities especially the leisure/fitness facilities - one of the best hotel gyms I have used. Only negative was that the beds were very small doubles (stayed with my wife and 2 sons aged 12&8) and the pillows were not the best. Aside from the above- staff were brilliant and I would happily stay here or at another delta hotel again

Great breakfast. Swimming pool open at 6am and breakfast at 6:30am. Nice for those who plan early weak up

Welcoming and helpful staff, nice rooms and a good breakfast.

Stayed here to attend a conference on site which was convenient. Breakfast is very good and I really liked the on site spa and fitness facilities. The spa had a promotion with the hotel which was good. The room is nice, comfortable and clean. Would’ve appreciated a mini fridge in the room although the hotel staff allowed me to keep things in reception. The reception staff are generally very helpful except one male manager during my stay who was not very flexible or helpful.

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t dislike , room was very clean breakfast was fresh and filling. The staff on reception was excellent and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend The Delta and I would stay there again

We booked 2 junior suites, room 228 was very nice and matched what was advertised on the website. Unfortunately room 117 was less satisfactory, 2 rooms on different levels had been knocked together to form a 'suite' with 2 bathrooms a very small bedroom and remote equally small sitting area. Nice view of the bin store from the window resulting in plenty of clattering as bins were deposited there. Breakfast was fine and the staff were very nice.

Tired room was disappointed. Bathroom and decor needed updating
