Lovely looking hotel, with 5 car parking spaces outside the front which you can reserve with reception. There is a car park to the back of this hotel which is very handy.
We stayed on the 1st floor in the Wairau River room. The bed was very comfortable, no complaints. The bathroom very clean. The room however was so hot! The aircon would not go below 19 degrees and the windows would not stay open. The room
Was also above the hotel bar.. on the Sunday night and Monday night the music blared until gone half 11 on Sunday evening and quarter to midnight on Monday night. We had to go downstairs and ask them to turn the music off. The bar was empty. The member of staff stated how nobody had been in the bar since 10pm ?? It was like being above a night club so very little sleep had. Would not stay again for this reason.

The best hotel we’ve stayed at around the Warwickshire/ Worcestershire area. We were upgraded to a beautiful room as the receptionist found out it was our wedding anniversary. All of the staff were lovely, the room was clean, shower and bathroom were perfect. We also had a bath in the corner of our room which we loved! Bed was comfortable and we had plenty of towels. We loved the shampoo, conditioner and body/ hand wash in the bathroom.
The hotel is right in the centre so you can get to everything you need. Our room was facing the road but it was very quiet and the view was still nice.
Thank you Hotel Du Vin, we’ll definitely be back!

Lovely stay here in Stratford. Our room was large with a lovely bathroom and included a balcony, which sadly looked over the police car park! The toiletries were all l’occitane. Check in was quick and easy and communication prior to our stay was good, ensuring we had made parking arrangements and that our diner reservation was arranged. It is situated fairly central so was just a short stroll to either the river and markets, or the town and sites. Dinner was nice, my husbands nicer than mine, and breakfast was great. Lots on offer.

The reception staff were so warm, welcoming and helpful. The little touches in the room (a small surprise bday cake) was a lovely touch! The room is spacious and cosy. The balcony tables were a little dirty and the linen was a little itchy. Also, the noise from the corridors and other bathrooms was a little disturbing at night, but otherwise a lovely, pleasent stay. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Signature Suite, which was incredibly spacious and tranquil. The photos online don’t quite capture just how roomy the suite truly is. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience

We were a little disappointed to be given an accessible room on this occasion without being informed either prior to arrival or while checking in. While the facilities were excellent for someone requiring this type of room, for us it didn’t work. There was only one bedside table, the TV was at a far end of the room and the screen was not easy to see from the bed. The bathroom was a wet room with lots of support bars around the toilet and shower and was a little disappointing having had beautiful bathrooms in Hotel du Vin establishments before.
I have to stress that this room is very fit for purpose for someone with extra needs but not for us.

We booked about 30 minutes before arrival. Then were very happy to be given an upgrade. Receptionist was very helpful and loaded with or persuaded the restaurant to let us book in for 8.45. Very busy for a Tuesday night. The upgraded room could have been lovely but unfortunately had a very strong smell of smoke. We also noticed many marks up the walls. Still a comfortable room though.
