Fantastic, dog friendly and yeah just chilled ... Really nice staff ✅🙂

Room was double booked on arrival so not room i had initially booked, however after a complaint they managed to find me a privilege room i had booked. Swimming and facilities in desperate need of refurb. Restaurant staff running round like headless chickens 3 people tsking my room service order then tried to sit me down. Asked for room service but wasnt booked at room service no fsult of my own so had to wait in hotel area for myself to take it to room. One positive the hotel manager was a very pleasant lady and apologised for my inconvenience. Sorry but will not be returning.

Had lovely 2 day stay everything was within reach. Hotel had gym swimming and a salon attached. Breakfast was lovely everything was available from fruit to full fry up. Bed was comfortable room was clean and tidy

This is a budget friendly property, quite ok for a short stay.

Lovely stay following a wedding close by. Great friendly service, comfortable modern room and lovely breakfast

The guy drilling at 8am was a slight inconvience to our lie in, Aside from that and the room key cards not working, everything else was okay. The garden looked nice

Second time I stayed here. Bed is good and firm. But the sheets, even tho they were clean, had stains. Very thin walls. I heard when the neighbour spoke on the phone in the room next door. Or when people came in late and spoke in the hallway. Bathroom needs to be updated. Very hot water in one tap and very cold in one. Wall paper is coming off in the room. No power outlets by the bed, not even usb. Dirty windows. I had to move the bed, wish I didn't. Previous guests trash under it. It looked clean but so many things had stains on it, like the small info signs or the walls, the furniture was sticky. A hoover was in the hallway, when I walked up the stairs (elevator was out of order) but it was not clean. A lot of dirt in the stairs. Positive: Free parking and nice personnel in the morning. I gave it two chances. First time was bad, second worse. Too bad because the location is quite suitable.

Work away all over the country every week always stay in hotels with a spa as this is what I spend my evenings doing , To my disappointment the steam room was closed and jacuzzi not even warm I should of booked the village hotel as similar price £115 a night and not even a email the day before telling me spa not in use would of cancelled and got a refund ! Not even offered a free drink or meal Next visit in a few weeks I will be booking the village Positive thou Staff friendly !

Didn’t like the stay at all, every-time when I’d order a drink they would put ice in it that would make it taste like drain water. The receptionist was giving me creepy vibes! One lady had an attitude, & one other lady walked into our room whilst we was sleeping around 9:13am didn’t even knock & had put a door letter on my handle saying something about not coming in yet. Don’t think I’d ever stay here again. The Bed was just like rock.

Very convenient for my personal circumstances. Comfortable bed and tasty breakfast

Lovely hotel, excellent staff, food and facilities

The staff in the hotel are all super friendly and helpful. Simple things like remembering where you sat the night before at dinner give a personal touch. There are parts of the hotel which do need updating though. Everything is clean and the beds are comfy but some areas look a little tired for example the bathrooms. Excellent selection at breakfast

Really helpful staff, especially Gary on reception and Poppy in the restaurant. Rooms are clean but the bathrooms are very tired and in need of a makeover. Bar area very basic but comfy, restaurant can be quite noisy. Food was good. Breakfast was very tasty and hot.

Suprisingly good stay. Slightly odd greetings from the hotel receptionist who appeared not to be expecting guests to arrive. Very comfortable room. Breakfast was perfect

Very clean helpful cheerful staff

We found the hotel to be rather dated and a little run down. In the bar area there were chairs with torn seats. In the room the carpet was worn, the curtains were not a good fit for the windows so light not blocked and marks on bedding. The bathroom was dated with cracked tiles and towel rail coming away from the wall.

It was nice apart from tired bathrooms with poor maintenance. Warm rooms and comfy beds but the tv is to small for the size of the room.
