The Moxy Hotel Bristol was excellent!

Excellent place to stay, good size on the room. The breakfast was nothing to write home about - you could to so much better, Moxy. But except for the breakfast, this was the perfect place to stay with most helpful personell.

Had a great overnight stay at Moxy Bristol. The location was ideal; easy to get to coming from the M32. We parked at Cabot Circus car park which is right opposite and reasonable rates. We could literally see our car from our window! It was just a short walk into town, which was great. The hotel itself was clean, great decor, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well presented with some nice touches. Very comfy and felt right at home. The only disappointment was the buffet breakfast. Not sure if it was because it was a Sunday, but it was a bit messy and it took a while for food and drink to be restocked. There a was a good range or food, but the quality was a bit hit and miss in places (especially the cooked breakfast). The layout wasn't ideal; being strung out across the back wall behind the bar area meant there wasn't a massive amount of space and the layout was confusing and cluttered. Some of the seating - whilst great for a bar - doesn't really lend itself to a comfy breakfast! Overall, not too bad considering the price, but it could've been so much better. We'd happily stay at the Moxy again if we come back to Bristol, but we'd most likely get breakfast somewhere else.

Staff were brilliant. Cocktail on arrival was a nice touch. Room was clean, spacious and modern. Very convenient location. Brilliant for a night or two.

Clean and cozy place to stay. Unfortunately, no water was provided in the room, which a bit strange. However, overall experience is great!

Very helpful staff - cannot recommend highly enough. The air-con was also very much appreciated during a brutal heatwave. Only minor quibble would be the absence of a fridge or safe in the room - possibly categories of room have them and we simply didn't book one of those - but neither absence detracted from the stay. The hotel is 5 mins from a shopping centre and less than 15ish mins walk from restaurants and cafes. Would recommend.

Great family room with lots of space. I was slightly concerned the room was going to be cramped after staying at a Moxy at Leon airport. However my fears were allayed, as there was two separate sleeping areas, a wardrobe/changing area and bathroom. Great for a family of four. Breakfast was good too! Only downside was the lack of proper seating at a table for breakfast. But we did arrive at the busiest time. Staff were uber helpful and after the visit I loved the way you can contact the hotel directly with any queries. I had a question on the final credit card charge and I actually spoke to a member of the Bristol team that answered my question immediately. Would highly recommend Moxy Bristol and the team!

The AC was effective and highly valued during a period of hot weather. The hotel skilfully combines a luxury feel with some rustic and quirky features. The only real issue is the lack of clothes space in the room - one hanging pole with 6 hangers. No other storage space for anything at all, so you have to keep much in your suitcase (I was there for 6 days and this just does not make sense wjen so much floor space). The signature metal square racks on the wall seem very much about style over substance. The staff were efficient and helpful, but not necessarily over friendly or dare I say, welcoming (a bit like a gym reception). I am being fussy - it is a great high quality hotel, in a great location that is just a bit different in a bery good way. The breakfast was very good too.

The Moxy is clean, welcoming and has a funky vibe. Staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are cosy and comfy. Amazing place to stay. Air conditioning was amazing.

Comfy bed, spacious room, friendly staff, great location (short walk to Farro Bakery ☺️)! Honestly, no flaws can be found in the room/ customer service/ check in procedure! Will definitely pick Moxy again if I visit Bristol

Clean room, great staff

Nice hotel that is short walk to the centre. The staff were great and the welcome drink is a nice idea. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay, not a huge selection but had all the usual things you would expect. Would happily stay again if I was in the area.

Clean room, plenty of amenities including ironing rooms on each floor. Small gym and bar open late
