Seraphine Hammersmith Hotel

This is a decent hotel for what it is, as long as you you set your expectations accordingly. Booked this place because the brand names adjacent to Hammersmith station were all booked up. This place is fine in a pinch. Some rooms don't have elevator access. Location is quite convenient, and within walking distance to Hammersmith Station, and adjacent shopping and dining.

Hotel is in great location. Room is clean and decent. The only thing, I do not like is the deposit money before checking in which is quite a suprised for me. I will maybe book again but I will see how long i will get back the £50 i deposited or if i will get it back.

Most rooms have no elevator so lots of stairs to climb. Hotel offers to assist lugging suitcases up. Bed comforter was musty mildew but housekeeping washed after first night. 3 star hotel good for budget and close to Hammersmith. If not for stairs and bed mishap, rest was good

La camera era di dimensioni molto più piccole rispetto alle foto presenti sul sito. Il letto non era matrimoniale ma solo ad una piazza e mezzo. Infine la colazione è al sacco e non può essere certo definita continentale,. mancando ogni genere di marmellata, latte yogurt e quant'altro. Doverla inoltre consumare in una stanza piccola era alquanto disagevole Al rientro ho segnalato questi inconvenienti via mail a Expedia che non ha risposto. Non utilizzerò più Expedia come piattaforma per cercare alloggi. Le informazioni indicate all' atto della prenotazione si sono rivelate fuorvianti. Il rapporto costo/prestazioni è stato sfavorevole

Just easy to find , close to the tube and generally quiet stay . Second time of staying and will probably stay again.

So far, this is the hotel with the best staff and service I have experienced. The team is very helpful and always willing to assist and find solutions to any problems that arise. Many people have complained about the breakfast, but during our stay there were good variations in the breakfast. We will definitely visit again.

O quarto muito bom e amplo. Os funcionários excelentes, nos ajudaram bastante e sempre com muita simpatia.

The hotel is in a busy commercial area, but just a few minutes’ walk to the Thames. It is divided into two sets of rooms, one with a lift, one without. Our room, with a double and a single bed, was, well, mostly bed. Very hard to move around—and we are small people. So be aware of that if you have mobility issues. It was very clean and decently appointed. The staff was very nice.

Great little hotel in a great location Room was clean and in good condition - tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer and safe in room. Sufficient towels for both guests. Booked a cosy room which was compact but designed with plenty storage. Breakfast bag on the morning was a lovely little bonus. Will definitely use again.

For an overnight stay in London, this ticked all the boxes for us. Convenient location, easy check in and out, friendly staff, clean room with a great shower. Communication from the hotel prior to arrival was good and could provide all the details they needed for a speedy check in.

When I arrived my room had been “upgraded” to one on the uppermost floor (no elevator) and with no windows. It was also directly next to a linen/storage room, so there was constant noise from machines. On several days of my stay, I was woken and unable to sleep because of noisy chatter from staff in that room. I also found the “continental breakfast” very disappointing. There was no dining area; staff just delivered a paper bag with five items to your room. There was no way to choose items or specify preferences, so I was stuck with whatever items I was given. These were usually repetitive and unappetizing: a bruised apple, a room-temperature prepackaged waffle, two crackers, a rice crispy treat, and a sour “juice” drink that I found particularly unappetizing. The menu only changed on one day of my stay when the apple was replaced with a banana and the waffle with a croissant. I don’t think it could be considered a proper breakfast, and I certainly wouldn’t consider it a selling-point. One of the biggest issues I faced with my stay was that the wifi didn’t work. I was able to connect my devices to the wifi with full bars, but it never let me actually connect to the internet. I was never able to load even a single webpage. I instead ended up having to use up my own international data.

Perfekt läge och trevlig personal. Lite trånga rum, men rent och fräscht med ett fint badrum. Trevligt med både pubar, restauranger, Primark, ett litet IKEA med resturang och närheten till inte mindre än fyra tunnelbanelinjer från Hammersmith station.

My room was really quite small - there was almost no space for my luggage and also the bed was really dirty when I came. Housekeeping cleaned it up very quickly though. Their breakfast strategy is a little strange but there are lots of shops and restaurants/take aways all around where you can get meals (no refrigerator in the room). The location is quite good and if you are just looking for a place to put your feet up and have moderate expectations, then this might do. The staff is really friendly.
