Loved our time at Milestone. Excellent staff and rooms. We brought our 20-month old girl and felt right at home. Food and tea were great. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting London wanting to stay in an excellent location.

Amazing. This is a traditional hotel with immaculate, old skool service and attention to detail. The staff are courteous and polite and do everything to make you feel at home - if only it was! Great location right opposite the park and conveniently situated for transportation. 10 stars!

We absolutely love The Milestone and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in London. Every visit feels like coming home. The staff are genuinely lovely—warm, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make your stay special. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, and there’s a real sense of comfort the moment you walk through the door. It truly is a home from home, and I can’t recommend it highly enough

Gorgeous room (we’d been given a complimentary upgrade). Very polite staff, wonderful hotel. Breakfast was lovely, but I’m glad we had a hotels.com discount as I don’t think it is worth the full price. Love all the artwork around the hotel, and the fact this is the largest single private collection of Sem’s work.

Es war ein sehr freundlicher Empfang im Hotel. Vormittags vor dem Check-in die Koffer zu deponieren, war einfach möglich. Im Hotel und Zimmer hingen Gemälden und Grafiken, welche das hohe Niveau unterstrichen. Wir hatten ein sehr gutes Frühstück a la carte und Buffet. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder beim nächsten mal in London.

A hotel in a very good location. Small scale means that the guest is paid attention. As it is England it is not perfection but that is compensated by the staff really making an effort and correcting the small detours.

The stay at the Milestone Hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The most impressive thing about the hotel was that the staff. From Tim as the doorman, and Jorge and Stephen as the Concierge staff, we were well taken care of and they truly represented Milestone's 5 star status. The room was also outstanding with a lot of character. We stayed in the Matisse suite with authentic Matisse artwork. Wow! When we return to London, we will stay at the Milestone...a truly top notch hotel.

My stay here was wonderful. The staff is attentive and gracious, seeing to a guest’s every need. I was delighted to see when I returned to my room in the evening each day that it was all prepared for a relaxing evening (light music playing, slippers laid out, a lit candle by the bath, etc). The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. If you cannot find something, the front desk has it and is eager to help. The location is easily accessible by public transportation and, of course, is across from Kensington garden, a wonderful green space to walk around.

My stay here was wonderful. The staff is attentive and gracious, seeing to a guest’s every need. I was delighted to see when I returned to my room in the evening each day that it was all prepared for a relaxing evening (light music playing, slippers laid out, a lit candle by the bath, etc). The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. If you cannot find something, the front desk has it and is eager to help. The location is easily accessible by public transportation and, of course, is across from Kensington garden, a wonderful green space to walk around.
