Fabulous hotel in a great position. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. We even had our own private courtyard which I’m sure in summer would have been lovely. We ate in the restaurant one evening and entertained our family for Sunday lunch which was spot on. The breakfast was delicious with a very well managed buffet. Based ourselves there for Twickenham, Hampton Court Palace visit and a family reunion. Will definitely use again Opposite Hampton Court entrance and close to Hampton Court railway station. Lovely terraces on the River embankment. Easily accessible by car although parking is limited at the hotel - but parked at the railway station for £3.90 per day.

The Mitre Hotel is full of history and character. It's in the perfect location for visiting Hampton Court. All staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Food and drinks were delicious, once again staff catering above and beyond for food allergies and intolerances.

Fabulous hotel in a great position. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. Okay, toilet handle didn’t work which was a bit strange, it was hanging off and needed to be spun to work, why not just fix it? Especially given the room was just above 400 or so a night. Also found it strange the bathroom was a wet room, no bath. Lovely property but definitely not worth the money they’re charging.

All good. Had room upgrade. Room was a good distance but was large and comfortable. Bed was around 4feet off the ground in our room called William but was very comfortable. Staff were all very helpful. Had one small issue which was we were not allowed in the garden area to have drinks early evening although we did order some popcorn cauliflower. We were asked to go in a small area outside. It was very early and very quiet so couldn’t agree it was right to not allow us in the lovely garden area. Otherwise no complaints. I thought as residents we could have our drinks etc in any area of the restaurant. David Room.

What a beautiful hotel. There is nothing negative I can say. Perfect room, friendly, professional and attentive staff. A special mention to Jaiya ( bio-med student) sorry if the spelling is incorrect! She greeted us at reception. She was exceptional. Professional and friendly. Dinner on the terrace. Beautiful view. Wonderful food with plenty of choice. Well done to the chef and team, not forgetting the waiting on staff. Breakfast was equally as tasty with a variety of choices. Staff were wonderful! I will definitely book here again.
