On arrival our TV in the roomwas not working, we went down to the Man sitting at reception and reported it, we were told someone would come and sort it. We went out for the evening, on our return home we were very disappointed that this had not been fixed. Nobody was around at this point.

Ótima localização e só. Hotel sem recepção, todo o contato é via WhatsApp. Tive que comprar papel higiênico e sabonete no mercado porque eles não repõe. Fiquei 7 dias e não trocaram as toalhas nem as lixeiras. Quarto com aparência desleixada.

Very poor experience had to leave early

Shops and tube very near which was great. TV was not working and air con didnt work either. Would bring an extra pillow as the flat thing provided was no good and had to sleep with all my clothes under it. It was noisy from street and other guests walking arounf however ear plug worksd fund for this and to be expected in entral london. Overall was fine for the price but defo could have done with a working TV and a pillow that you could sleep on.

We stayed at Wembar Hotel from November 18th to 21st. The room was small and okay, but unfortunately, it was not cleaned during our stay. The air conditioning was not working, and when I asked about it, they said it was broken. After mentioning that we felt cold at night, they provided a small heater, which worked well, and given the size of the room, it was sufficient. The location is quite far from downtown London, and the hotel has no additional facilities. Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short visit,

Arrived at midday and wanted to leave a small case there until I could check in later. Could not enter the hotel and was standing outside with three other ladies wishing to do the same thing. I was told that I would be given a code to enter the hotel at 3pm. I received the code at 7.20pm and by that time I was so disgusted with the lack of help I booked another hotel. I never went into the hotel and would tell anyone else to avoid it like the plague.

This hotel is very well situated for Earls Court. The room was clean and compact. We asked for extra pillows which were given without fuss. Only downside was the hotel is unmanned so it was a bit of a pain getting in.

Great location for tube and easy check in. A regular visitor but always struggling to get tv working! Difficult to resolve without reception 😢

Check in was weird, we had to use whatsapp and stuff, and i didnt get my code before. Took some time. Overall the room was fine shower was fine. Room was okay clean

Sehr gute Lage. Zimmer für paar Tage absolut ausreichend. Kann die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Horrible. The carpet is disgusting in hallways. Everyone states they didn’t get the email for check in and same with me. You have to call or what’s app to get codes but arriving abroad, you better have your SIM card figured out or in trouble. The code to get into my room was wrong, I received a five digit code but the lock box was only four numbers. The place was disgusting and there were either blood handprints on the curtains or chocolate, it was disgusting. There wasn’t even a hand towel in the bathroom. After a three minute shower, the basin was almost overflowing and there were big patches of mold in the shower. The chair in the room also had a big blood stain on it. The whole place would benefit from a magic eraser taken to the walls. My room faced the street and it was so loud, I thought my windows were open, when I pulled back the blood stained drapes, I was surprised to see the window closed. Would NEVER recommend or stay again.

Great location to lots restaurants and nearby Earls Court station.

Positiv: Preis war im Verhältnis zu anderen Hotel günstig. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber, Zimmer und Bad soweit sauber- Wasserkocher u. Fön, Klimaanlage vohanden. Ein und auschecken verlief über WhatsApp reibungslos und freundlich. Lage zu Bus und Subway sehr gut Extrem hellhörig zu den zwei Nachbarzimmern. Negativ: Extrem eng, ca. 7 qm mit Bad TV auch aber ohne TV-Empfang Fenstergriff zum öffnen fehlte nicht abschliebar- Nachbarzimmer könnte leicht einsteigen, Mauerbrüstung vor dem Fenster Renovierungsbedürftig 3. Stock, ohne Aufzug, sehr enge Treppe. Kann man übernachten, aber empfehlen möchte ich es nicht.

Stained bedsheets, shower head came off the wall, hard to get in touch with someone (front desk is open from 12pm to maybe 4pm). No elevators. Nice apartment “hotel” if you’re on a budget, but you get what you paid for.

Value for money was OK and you get what you pay for. Check-in was confusing as we did not receive the instructions via e-mail as we were supposed to, but they staff were very responsive on WhatsApp. Room was very basic but it served it's purpose

Room was not ready after check in time, mold on the ceiling

Did not like. Showers water. ONLY steaming HOT. Asked twice. For help. I would like a person on staff. NOT just phone call. I’m tech stupid. And I did not have service. Scary!!!
