Not the best stay finally got to understand the access but needed the app for that. Corridors in a poor state room VERY basic No TV remote or way of changing channels but for one night it could have been worse.

Great location for tube and a good price. Stayed there many times.Was able to check in early, though access instructions weren’t available as early as usual. Didn't try tv this time as it was in a position difficult to watch and have had issues accessing normal tv stations previously. Room was nice and clean with hair dryer and coffee available. Bathroom was clean though shower could have been hotter

Une petite chambre en sous sol au sein de kesington pour uniquement dormir et se laver. Quartier très calme et à proximité du stade de stamford bridge. Ok pour un voyage d’une nuit seul, à ne pas prendre si c’est pour un voyage en couple ou famille. Procédure d’enregistrement très compliqué.

The decor was very tired and shabby. Had to call the customer service line twice to be able to get into the hotel and again to get into my room. There was no hair dryer in the room.

Chegamos 23h30 e fizemos o self check-in, nos passaram todas as instruções via app e tudo funcionou direitinho. Quarto de um ótimo tamanho, um pouco batido, mas nada fora do normal. Funcionários atenciosos e bem receptivos. Excelente localização, mercados, cafeterias e estação de metrô ao lado, com certeza voltaria.

A terrible stay at this hotel for my first visit to London. First off, the checkin process was not smooth- received an email saying I could check in online but the stayz app did not recognize my reservation number. Showed up at hotel around 1430 and the door was locked . Had to communicate via whatsapp which was painful . Finally received a door code 20 minutes later. Upon room arrival, no working AC , no working WIFI, no working TV, smoke smelling room. After flying 13 hours, I could not even take a shower because the shower head bar broke off and the water temperature was scalding hot! Numerous unanswered messages regarding complete lack of amenities and the inability to take a shower. No one was working at front desk to help. And to end my night, the building fire alarm went off for about 10 minutes and I received a whatsapp message with a video showing me how to turn off a fire alarm! My reservation was prepaid for 3 nights but I left after the first night. I complained to the hotel about their lack of amenities via whatsapp since there was no one at the front desk again when I left in the morning . I received a " Sorry for your experience email but your reservation is non refundable" email.There are plenty of other hotels in that area- it's worth the extra few bucks it may cost. Leaving after the first night was the best decision I made.

No hooks to hang clothes. Peeling wallpaper. Loud traffic all night. A company that can’t even be bothered to bang a book into a wall for clothes is just taking money off people. Staff was nice and friendly though - hope he gets a job in a better place

Happy with the stay, in a convenient location close to the station, as I stayover for work, it is a great place for stopping in for a nights rest. Would stay again.

Very nice spacious room. I still can’t figure out the optimised AC settings but maybe next time. I slept so well, I would have appreciated a slightly more flexible attitude upon checkout. I was ushered out bang on checkout time without any flexibility. Just worth being aware in case you’re as tired as I was when I checked in.

Huone oli todella likainen, lattioita ei ole pesty hetkeen ja seinät täynnä erikoisia jälkiä. Lakanoissa ja pyyhkeissä tahroja. Huoneen suihku oli viallinen, suihkuletku oli rikki ja seinässä kiinni oleva suihkun pidike irtosi seinästä jos siihen vähänkään koski.

This hotel is ok for the price and location, I know it has been recently taken over and I think the rooms woul benefit from having working TVs, more hooks or storage, milk and bath towels, not hand towels. I was hoping that this would become a regular place to stay for work but after last night, I would not stay there again. The manager came to my room at 10:45pm to ask if the previous occupant of the room had left anything in the room ( they had been moved to a new room). Over the course of the night, it became clear why this had happened. The couple in room 5 were arguing all night and going in an out of their room slamming firedoors every single time. This went on until 6:45am, by which time I had to leave for work. There are no staff onsite over night but I did reach out directly to the area manager and booking agent but have received no response, acknowledgment or apology. I saw a member of staff as I was leaving who said oh yes the lady in room 5 is a nightmare. As this was known, I find it completley unacceptable that they thought it was ok to put someone else in the room

Amenities, its a shame, the place is ok for a 1 or 2 nights of just sleep but could do with a good clean.

On arrival our TV in the roomwas not working, we went down to the Man sitting at reception and reported it, we were told someone would come and sort it. We went out for the evening, on our return home we were very disappointed that this had not been fixed. Nobody was around at this point.

Ótima localização e só. Hotel sem recepção, todo o contato é via WhatsApp. Tive que comprar papel higiênico e sabonete no mercado porque eles não repõe. Fiquei 7 dias e não trocaram as toalhas nem as lixeiras. Quarto com aparência desleixada.

Very poor experience had to leave early

Shops and tube very near which was great. TV was not working and air con didnt work either. Would bring an extra pillow as the flat thing provided was no good and had to sleep with all my clothes under it. It was noisy from street and other guests walking arounf however ear plug worksd fund for this and to be expected in entral london. Overall was fine for the price but defo could have done with a working TV and a pillow that you could sleep on.
